This is a fairly new hotel with large rooms and a very nice pool.

The view from the rooms are spectacular and you can currently watch the construction of the bridge to the neighboring island.

The breakfast was plentiful, diverse and tasty.

The lobby was huge and comfy.

The staff was helpful and friendly.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our visit to Vietnam. The room was very large, with a view of the outside swimming pool and the sea. The bathroom was fantastic with the largest walk-in power shower I have ever seen. All tiled and marble as well. We didn't eat dinner there, preferring to walk down to the many seafood restaurants in Halong Bay. However, the breakfast was very good with a good mix of local and international food. The location was good because you could walk to the ferry departure point but the downside was that you could get woken early by the sound of the boats leaving. However, the point of going to Halong Bay is to get on one of the boats so you wouldn't be sleeping in anyway.
