“Pleasant stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2012

Just like other review, the room is almost spotless, and the owner maintain the hotel so that it looks like new though it has been in the business for several years.
The hotel provide free bicycle and I think that's the best way to explore Dalat. Also, the breakfast is a feast of local fruits together with fresh baugette and ham. The owner's wife is happy to prepare an egg the way u like (scramble, sunny side up etc.).
I lost my bicycle lock one day and Mr.Anh only charge me U$2 for that. I've been looking for 1 in town and it was selling for U$5.

The only downside is the hotel is approximately 1km from the city centre.

All in all, an honest and welcoming owner with great breakfast and clean room. Thumbs up.

On arrival in Dalat we originally planned on staying in Dreams Hotel but it was full. The owner told us to try her brother's place and arranged transport to take us and our bags there. The room was spacious and clean and there were 4 or 5 computers available to use for free in the lobby. Breakfast was good, consisting mainly of local fruit, however it was not particularly filling. The owner was friendly and helpful in arranging a tour and transport out from Dalat. The only downside was it's location was a good 10 minute walk from the centre of the town, but other than that I would happily stay here again.

We got bad directions when we arrived in Dalat and the manager drove around the city to find us. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well equipped. The Hotel is very conveniently located, and you can walk most everywhere. Breakfast was excellent. Guests eat at a shared table with everything you could possibly want from peanut butter to vegemite - this is a great way to meet other travelers. The manager helped us book first a 1 day 'easyrider' tour around Dalat (skip the crazy house if you go..), and then a 3 day tour to Nha Trang. His recommendation was spot on. Whether the guides are 'real easyriders' or not is completely irrelevant as long as they are good guides, safe drivers, and can speak good English. We had some of the best times of our trip with our guides Mr. Lee and Mr. Hiep.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Although the bus company used to get Dalat had free local drop offs, Mr Anh sent someone to meet us at the bus station and then collected us himself. We had a really welcoming, comfortable stay. We were there with 2 young kids and it's about 15 minute walk from the town centre, but there's plenty of taxis for about 20000 dong, so not a problem. Mr Anh even had umbrellas we could borrow, which we did!

we spent 3 nights at this hotel and we enjoyed from honest and very nice service.
The family that runs this hotel is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is wonderful and it is only 15 minutes from the center and the lake.
We received good recommendation from the owner about nice places around and didn't disappointed!
The best place in Dalat with fair price!

I was stay at Thien An for 1 night and chech out late because of sleeping bus schedule. I met very friendly staff, clean room and easy breakfast but full quality. We can walk to Dalat market in 10 minutes or use the free bike of hotel. Day tour or bus ticket can reserve with staff.
