Generally, a low level hotel:
- problem with the hot water in the room
- cold rooms in wintertime. No heat system present.
- no glass for bathroom's window
- breakfast ...... no comment
- facilities not suitable with nominal level of the hotel.
About the hotel's classification three star is too much.

This is also known as the Dalat Royal Hotel and Villas. I "won" a couple of nights here but wouldn't recommend it. Bit far out. Very oriented to the domestic market and the staff seemed a bit freaked out by a western guest. Still, very cheap restaurant serving good quality Vietnamese food even if they do try to usher you into the separate western restaurant on the basis that you're foreign! Rooms huge but characterless. There must be better options.

This is an out of town hotel which is quite a luxurious option to unwind after travelling up the mountain to Da Lat. The rooms are great with a huge bed and a fantastic bathroom with what must be one of the finest showers in Vietnam.

There's three restaurants to choose from (Vietnamese, Asian, Western) and breakfast offers dishes from this range of cuisines. There is however no bar.

There was also a "Business Centre" with internet as well as printing and scanning facilities.

The only negative is that we were kept waiting when trying to check out whilst they send someone over to check whether we had left the room in a reasonable state, which meant we almost missed our bus!
