my boyfriend booked this as a surprise and i was blown away, the villas are very tastefully decorated and spacious, the views are amazing and the service from the staff was brilliant. only downside is the meals are quite expensive, however if you want to spend days in complete privacy with your loved one in beautiful surroundings, this is the place for you, we certainly did not want to leave!

Short but sweet: exactly what we needed - space, intimate atmosphere, great seaviews, a private pool, staff eager to help and serve with great attitude.
We could go on, but the 5 days we spend at Pavilions were the highlight of our 14 days Thailand extravaganza, which included superb hotels in Bangkok (ShangriLa), Koh Samui (Sala Samui) and Pavilions in Phuket.
This villa type resort is not for people who want action, but great to get away from it all.
The villas are really good in size, so is the private pool with about 50sqm.
360 bar is a must go, best place for sunset cocktails on the island. We also had dinner there and found the food excellent.
All staff were very helpfull and the German manager who greeted us upon arrival gave us a few good tips on what to do and buy.
in summary: we already booked our next trip in november...what more to say...

This was our second visit to Phuket Pavilions, the first was early 2007. We spend again 7 nights at Paradise.
The service of all staff was outstanding and we can only congratulate Frank (the manager) and his team, as we feel the resort has further improved the past year. The lobby has now a small but nicely put together breakfast buffet corner, which we liked a lot.
The Pavilion we had, No. 13, was perfect, with fantastic views and great space just to chill out and relax.
In villa spa services were great and added to our overall excellent experience.
360 bar, which was nice last year, is now really living up to its potential, as can be seen, as we had to book a table for dinner as it was pretty full every night. Food was great and atmosphere even better.
We definitely will be back next year in January for our 3rd visit.

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful ten days at the Phuket Pavilions. This was our second visit to the property and this trip was even better than the first (in 2007).

The resort is an excellent retreat on the lovely Andaman Coast. The rooms are incredibly spacious and feature a very large private infinity pool. The 360 Bar at the top of the resort is one of the coolest bars we have seen. The resort offers two distinct experiences as guests can remain in their pavilion with a beautiful panoramic view or go to Layan Beach, one of the loveliest beaches in Phuket.

However, what makes this resort special are the people and privacy. The service was excellent and the lay out provides the perfect setting for recreation and relaxation. We are already planning our 2009 trip.
