“A definite must do for any foodie!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2014

We did the Monday night group which included the market tour which I would definitely recommend!
Was a great experience walking through the market, trying different products and learning about different produce. We loved the market so much we went back there on the Thursday to try some of the cuisine.
The dishes we cooked were some of the best tasting meals i had eaten in Thailand and learning about some of the local ingredients was great.
A definite must do for any foodie!

“This is a must do”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2014 via mobile

I almost feel as if my review will be redundant. My daughter brought me here today for an early mother's day gift. Kelly picked us up and then picked a few more people and drove us to her school. Her class was hands on,fun and easy to follow. We made tom yum soup, green curry and pad Thai. My daughter also paid for mango sticky rice so we got a side lesson. Kelly is a great instructor and her English is excellent. Copies of all recipes were provided as well. She found my technique to be excellent so perhaps when i retire in a few years i can return to assist. Thus class is fun for all and the food was awesome.. Worth every baht!!!

“The best meal we ate all holiday!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2014

We had a great time with Kelly, experiencing the markete and making great food.
With Kelly a our guide, we had the opportunity to sample many desserts on the market tour as well as taking in all the other stalls.
The class itslef was very organised, you are provided with recipes adn notes and are encouraged to take your own notes. the whole group worked together on some components, but you get to cook (and eat!) your very own dishes.
That is the best green curry I have ever tasted and can't wait to make it now that we're back home.
Highly recommend.

“Small group - great fun!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 6, 2014

Only 6 of us on the lunch time cooking class (no market tour for us). Kelly remembered everyone's name and used it to invite participation throughout the class. We felt very welcomed and with her two helpers the day went very smoothly. The 3 courses were delicious and taught us some basics for Thai cooking.

There is a fair amount of food to be consumed so don't fill up at breakfast!!! (They kindly offer to doggie bag your leftovers if you can't eat everything).

My partner doesn't like spicey food, so the Thai red curry was a little on the hot side for him. But with a little extra coconut milk in his dish the problem was gone! Overall great experience. Would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in cooking in general, or even someone wanting to learn some basic techniques for cooking Thai food.
