“Great Sunday lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

Had buffet lunch there. Very crowded and we were lucky to get a table without reservation. The selection was pretty good. Fresh seafood, raclettes, roast meats (lamb, beef, duck), pan-fried cod, some Thai dishes, and a pretty good selection of cheeses. You can opt for the wine package which comes with a bottle of wine. If not, there are still free flows of Bloody Marys and Port wine available. The Tom Yum soup is arguably one of the better ones I've had. Good service and pleasant environment. Highly recommended if you would like to have some western food around this area.

“Best food ever!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

I really loved the food here - the black crab dish was probably the best thing I've ever eaten in my entire life.

“Good Morning with a Smile”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

I can only judge Oriental Spoon based on its breakfast buffet which was included in my hotel stay at the Twinpalms. Overall, it has a nice selection of fruits, breads, cheeses, meats, thai dishes, pancakes and eggs/omelets cooked to order. Oriental Spoon's breakfast buffet also has a juice and smoothie bar. The staff was always friendly and helpful during our stay.

“1st Timers in Thailand”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2013 via mobile

We stayed at Twin Palms for 8 nights which is where the Oriental Spoon is . We are empty nesters , late 40's and West Aussies.

Breakfast every day was a smorgasbord of flavours , crispy bags , eggs of your choice or smoked salmon . All al a carte ! Endless coffee/tea / smoothies . Free flow champagne in the price too !

Dinner was no different ! Excellent Thai / Western food and portions too big to finish !

Always no rush ! We had happy hour at the bar flowing onto dinner !

We missed the best though ! Sunday Brunch is a Roast/ Seafood smorgasbord ! Renowned as the best on the Island .

We're coming back in March / April '14

“Sunday Brunch- a must but book early”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2013

May not be the most extensive spread but if seafood, or roasts or cheese are your thing then go no further. Often fully booked so make sure you have a booking by the Wednesday before. Accompanying wines choice and you won't be disappointed with the whole experience is there as well and great coffee to finish. Mix your own Bloody Mary as all the ingredients sit near the entrance and what a great way to start. The service is what you'd expect from Twin Palms
