We had a great day sailing on 4th August with Richard and Megumi. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and were on the sailing trip with with one other family 'the Wagners' who were experienced sailors! It was a very windy day so we were advised that it would be a very fast ride on our sail boat the Chameleon. The ride out to Racha Yai was fabulous! All of the kids loved riding the huge waves! (especially Richard who rode up front all the way!) When we arrived at Racha Yai we snorkeled in the clear waters and saw plenty of colourful fish. Megumi has an underwater camera and took many pictures of us all. Back on the boat Richard and Megumi had prepared a fabulous lunch of thai green curry, sweet and sour fish with rice and salad. There were also plenty of beers and soft drinks available. After lunch we sailed to another spot for more swimming and snorkeling. We headed back to phuket around 5pm to watch the sun set over the Big Buddah up in the hills. on the way we stopped for another fabulous dinner of spaghetti bolognaise, garlic bread
and salad(don't know where i put it all!!) . Once back at Chalong Bay Richard helped us all to light our fire balloons which we had pre arranged.
A wonderful way to end our great days sailing!
Would recommend this sailing trip to every one looking for a more personalized day out. Thanks Richard and Megumi, the 'Wagners' and the captain of our boat Shane for a wonderful day sailing in Phuket!!

We were planning on using Phuket Pro Dive & Sail to do a "Tuesday trip" and booked log in advance. When we arrived in Phuket, Megumi made a trip all the way to our hotel on the other side of the island to give us the details, etc. We were 3 adults plus my baby daughter and older mother. On the day, the weather was really bad and they suggested to us that we didn't go (although they were still going to go). We then tried to organise it for a different day but again the weather was against us. Richard and Megumi gave us a full refund without hesitation or question. They could easily have insisted that we went out on the original booking or taken part of our money for losses, etc. Instead they were most apologetic, professional and customer oriented. I will certainly make use of them next time we go to Phuket and based on my interaction with them believe they should be recommended to other travellers expecting 1st class service and professionalism.

07/07/2009 Tuesday, It was our Final day at Phuket for our honeymoon before we went back to Malaysia. So, Me (Terence) and my wife decide to take up this sailing tour organized by Richard and Megumi. First, we were worried would we enjoyed this trip? as we donno how to swim. But, I can assure you that, this trip is for everyone to have fun and relax. even you don't know how to swim, you still can do snorkeling and jumped in to water with life jacket on you. Richard & megumi owes around onboard and in the water. Most of the people onboard only meet up on the ship, but after the trip, everyone like knowing each other before, like a bunch of friends having outdoor trip. With this trip you will also get a nice sunset view. For the food, Richard done a great job as well, Yum Yum. Thanks Richard and Megumi arrange for such a nice and wonder trip for us onboard.

Our sail & snorkel/dive experience with Richard and Megumi in March this year can simply not be matched. They were extremely professional, knowledgable, and most accomodating in all aspects of Phuket recreation and culture. They came to the north island to personally escort us to Ao Chalong for our Tuesday sail & snorkel ( a bit of a challenge all in all considering south Pheket traffic) Both Richard and Megumi have the highest PADI credentials, and were extremely enjoyable to be with in the water. Underwater photos by Megumi were excellent, delivered promptly, and well done. Richard personally tutored my wife in open water snorkeling and made the experience so enjoyable for her that she insists on returning as soon as possible. The accomodations were excellent, Megumi's Thai cooking was superb, and the social pleasure factor was nothing short of excellent. We returned the next day to tour the south beaches with Richard and that day probably defined our experience in Phuket...
it was a truly local extravaganza not found anywhere else. If you travel to Phuket, you must visit Phuket Pro Dive & Sail, or you will be missing the best Phuket has to offer. Denny & Cheryl give them a 5 star recommendation. Cheers.
