==== LK Renaissance
I stayed 4 nights in LK Renaissance on September 2007.
They made a soft opening with 50% discount on their rooms.
Staff were courteous.

It is a new hotel that is still under work on September 2007.
Work & noise start from 7/8am up to 5pm.

==== Location
It is located next the corner of Soi Diana and Pattaya Second Road.
There is also LK Metropole in Soi Diana but it stands to Pattaya Third Road side.
Location is pretty good, half-way between Central Pattaya rd (15 min walk) and South Pattaya rd / walking Street (15 min walk).

==== Rooms
3 room types are available:
- Studio (2500 BHT / night)
- Deluxe (3500 BHT / night)
- Bedroom Suite (4500 BHT / night)

I stayed in a Deluxe room with 50% discount (1725 BHT / night), room #2606.
Breaksfeast was not included.

It's a large room with a large & comfortable bed.
It has a large flat tv connected to a cd/dvd reader.
There big refrigerator (empty - no mini bar except 2 bottles of water per day), a sink, crokery for 2 persons.
The microwave was missing though.
There is an in-room safe.

The bathroom was also large. It has a bathtub with jaccuzzi and a separated shower cabin.
Staff members had to come twice to fix the jaccuzzi that didn't work.
Hot water was an issue, little pressure.

The hotel is just opposite beer bars so there is noise till late in the night so try to get rooms at the back of the hotel.

The A/C didn' work well. Whatever the t° I selected the A/C knows only 2 positions : off / cool....

==== Amenities
Restaurant was not yet opened, still underwork.
There is a small pool on 3rd floor. So don't get a room next the pool if you want a quiet room.

==== Bottomlines
I only booked this hotel because they offer a 50% discount on their rooms. The hotel needs to fix some issues.
Some money I left in one of my pocket pant strangely disappeared while I was at the pool. So use always use the in-room safe.
The hotel is guest-friendly.
