The hotel is some way out of pattaya, which to be honest I chose it for that as I was on business and did not want to be in the 'thick' of pattaya.
I have to say it is a very quiet resort which suited me and there was certainly no noise.
However if you are going for a holiday I would not recomend this hotel. There are no facilities, the only bar is at the poolside, and strangely is open 24 hours althought throughout my 2 day there(we checked out early) the only people at the bar were my husband and I. The restaurant is a few seats by reception and a little slot to order from. I did not eat there so cannot say what the food would be like.
The one good thing was the barman who must get very lonely but he was extremly helpful and friendly. The reception however is a joke....... I requested a taxi on several occassions
and when i got to reception we had been given the hotel van - which was not a problem except I tried hardto explain I was going to an industrial estate and not the town so there fore I need a taxi - they told me to take there tranport which we did however when we got back they attemted to charge 1200 baht(it is only 800 for a taxi to bangkok!) obviulsy a scam going on and the reception staff englishwas very poor.
To be fair the hotel was clean, quiet, but in the middle of nowhere, any one going to this hotel please be aware that when taking a taxi back to the hotel, it will be difficult even with a map they could not find the hotel and were not happy to attempt to take us back there.

Best Western Bella Villa Cabana was an excellent choice for us (4 adults and 1 child)to spend a lovely holiday. The hotel was really nice, new (built in 2005?) and clean.

The suite we had (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room) on the 6th floor with open seaview from every window was absolutely perfect! The suite was also clean. Only minus was that the balconys were quite dangerous for a little child because the railings on the balconys were not planned by taking into account the security reasons.

The personnel was really kind and friendly!!! Room service was effective.

Location (7 km outside the Pattaya City) is good if you appreciate a quiet area. The hotel had a shuttle service to the downtown almost every hour. And taxis were quite cheap. Location is good also for golfers because there is quite many golf courses nearby.

The pool was wide, nice and beautiful! The private beach was an disappointment: both the beach and the sea water were quite dirty. We couldn´t even think about swimming in the sea.
