“Best hotel in Pattaya”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

My husband and I stayed for 10 nights in the Siam Bayshore from September 4th until the 14th, and would gladly have stayed another week. We chose this hotel after reading some great reviews on trip advisor. This was our 3rd visit to Pattaya, our previous stays were in the Hard Rock and the Dusit. they are superb hotels, however we found the Siam Bayshore to be our favourite. The only disappointment was prior to arriving I emailed twice regarding a few small issues however no one got back to me. Also unbeknown to me my husband phoned the hotel to ask if they would say happy birthday to me on our arrival, he thought it would be a nice little surprise for me, they agreed and said something a bout a red card, however nothing happened, my husband was the one who was a little disappointed as he had taken the time to telephone, he didn't mention this to me until we were on our way home. That aside the hotel was wonderful, the staff were excellent, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Our room was perfect we were in room 237 which overlooked the pool and not too far from reception. As stated in some other reviews there is a whiff of odour while walking to reception but it lasts no more than two seconds and certainly not there all the time. The resort and gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was superb and catered for everyone. I can't speak highly enough of the staff at breakfast, they were all wonderful. Say hello to Pan (waitress from the breakfast bar) she was fantastic to us. We enjoyed walking street, lot's of fun, but also enjoyed the quietness of the hotel. We are certainly looking forward to our next holiday at the Siam Bayshore.

Room Tip: I think all rooms are designed for comfort. Just ask for whatever you feel would suit you. We loved...

Me and my fiance stayed here for three nights after cutting our trip in Cambodia short.

We booked last minute and the hotel was very helpful.

The small detail everywhere in the hotel is absolutely incredible. From flower arrangements on the tables to scented candles, light music etc. Very tastefully done.

Its a massive resort with lush gardens and water features everywhere. Ideal for relaxing and a break from the crazy streets of Pattaya.

The rooms are nice and spacious with a great bathroom. No wifi in the rooms though which is a shame. Would be much better than running to the lobby all the time.

Friendly staff all around. Great location.

Definitely recommend it and would return to the hotel for our next trip to Pattaya.

Everyting is exclence especialy service. Everytime i asked for help, the staff try there best to help me and my friends. I love the fresh air here. Location is also suite for me because the hotel is the end of Walking Street, it easily to walk out there. Next years l will return to spend my holiday at the great place as Siam Bayshore for sure.

Firstly, thanks to all the many previous reviewers who commented very favourably about this hotel and encouraged me to give it a try. Again, I found your assessments spot on.

It is unnecessary to repeat here all the positives apart from mentioning briefly the high quality of staff service. You have to be a very difficult customer to find fault with any staff of this establishment. They are so well trained. Be polite and show a little understanding and you will be richly rewarded.

Breakfast here is as good as it gets plus they have a lovely, elegant lady who oversights the breakfast operation. She is an absolute vision.... Thai beauty personafied. Just seeing her each morning will make your day and that's before you partake of the extensive buffet on offer.

We stayed for 12 days and couldn't fault the hotel the service was impeccable, food was good value, our room was spacious and kept clean. The pool is one of the largest we have seen and suitable for all ages.
Breakfast was very good and shouldn't be missed.
We will definitely return again.
We are in the travel business and stay in hotels all around the world

Room Tip: We had a ground floor right by the pool

Left Bangkok to go to Siam Bayshore in Pattaya. The hotel looks good when you arrive, but we were kept waiting for along time in reception. Booked over a week in advance but there was no 3rd bed in our room which was put in while we waited in the room. Main areas are nice but room just about average, beds not particularly comfortable. Large selection at breakfast but the food was mostly cold and poor quality. Very close to Walking Street, so great for nightlife but grim when you have to see it all in the morning. Wifi in bar area only. On a positive note the pool and view is lovely.

However, make sure you take everything with you when you depart, my son left his wallet in the room and although we called the hotel within a couple of hours, but they said they did not have it, which is poor from a hotel that purports to be 4 star. Personally I would stay at one of the more quality hotels at the other end of the bay. Don't bother try to contact they hotel by email either as they don't respond!

The siam bayshore undoubtedly has the best location in pattaya as the back entrance of the hotel is right on the walking street. The rooms are great and very well maintained. The 2 swim pools are fab to unwind during the day. The resort has a great spa specially for couples as they have nice couple packages. The spa packages are lil expensive but worth it. The hotel serves a lavish breakfast and suits everyone's needs.
The resort is ideal for people to venture out on the walking street as you dont have to worry about reaching the hotel.
Overall a great property to stay when in pattaya.
