I have never stopped at a more disgusting hotel as this.Familys with children should be warned not to go their with young children as their were many men laying around the pool area with young boys and many old men with young girls acting inappropriately. The hotel rooms were very dirty and smelly we even had to remove the blanket from the bed as it was so dirty and full of cigarette burns. The shower was so mouldy we had to lay towels on the floor in the recess before we could shower. The staff were so rude especially the woman behind the front counter. We asked this particular person if the safe deposit boxes were safe to use as they were not in a secure position and any body could go to them and her reply was if you dont it like keep your stuff in your room as the hotel takes no responsibility . I really think this hotel should be bulldozed as it is beyond repair

It was my first trip to Thailand in November 2000.
This hotel was dirty, had the connecting rooms without my knowledge and no balcony ,but the massage salon and girls was fine and the german restaurant was fine .and I think it was too expensive comparing to naklua road(but it was closer to the beach)
Now It is the best place in pattaya because there was no Hard Rock 6 years ago
comming to Pattaya soon ,but never more staying this place

This has to be the worst hotel stay of my life. Having worked in the hotel industry for many years, Nova has top the list for the worst hotel. The choice of hotel was made based on many reviews I've read on the website, but none spoke close to reality. Perhaps, i'm just one out of many particular travellers who picks on the sanitary standards of a hotel that determines the rating I gave. Basically, the building's old, unkept and definitely rundown with stained blanket, 1970s' aircon unit, old mattress& bedsheets and musky stench in room to start with. Let alone to describe the condition of walkway, furnitures, bathroom and even the swimming pool.. With these, i've forfeited a night's room charge to have a hotel change across the street- The Football Club. Despite it's only a guesthouse with no facilities but the service and condition of room is far better than what I had at Nova. For the Singaporeans who are reading this, this hotel's definitely a far cry comparing to Hotel 81 we have back home.

This has to be the worst hotel i have ever stopped in, i work in the travel trade so i can say i have seen a lot of hotels across the world. Granted the location is good for people who enjoy pattaya, but the rest of the place is a different story. The rooms are old, smelly, unclean, out dated, old fashioned and generally a disgrace. I have had more luxury stopping in a tent in the middle of a field!!! The breakfast was rank, with very little choice. There is a small tailor shop in the entrance which everytime you walk past you get collared to look inside. You cant lie by the pool in peace without gettin interupted by people touting for business, at one point a small child told me her mammy wanted sex, which to say the least was a shock. This establishment is for dirty old men and is best avoided. Pay a few quid extra and stop somehwere else.
