Still to work out the difference between serviced apartments and hotels, but this place was great. Excellent choice at breakfast, excellent check in, very friendly staff all round.
Very close to Beach Rd. (about 300m down the Soi) and also very close to The Big C (about 100m up the Soi, but across the busy 2nd Road). Cheap laundry right across the road.
Room was big and spacious (we got a studio room) and had a kitchen(?), a bath and a big roomy shower cubicle.
I'll be back.

Me my wife and 3 young kids stay here for three weeks , staff very friendly and helpful , hotel was very clean abd had a safe security minded view about it . All the facilities where well maintain and cleaned regulary . Food was good , the inclusive breakfast is good a wide selection of food . Will be staying here again for sure . Previously my family always stayed at the Dusit on Dolphin roundabout all i can say is Sunshine Vista is well on par with the Dusit its just a smaller but this is a bonus as it has a very welcoming view .

Can't complain about the booking service. Booked a sea view non smoking room, got a rear room that stank of smoke. The hotel changed the room in ½ an hour. Did not get a sea view though.
The pool area is nice, lots of shade and plants.
The gym is basic and unused. Some of the equipment needed adjustment before use.
The room was fine, but without any style or character.
Just another boring mid range hotel really.
Stays here if that is want you want.

Excellent Location , Walking Distance to Alcazar Show, Central Worl Plaza and Beach, Situated in Soi 3 an excellent choice for the Tourists.

We had a Nice one Day stay at the Hotel, welcomed with a Nice refereshing welcome Drink, Breakfast was Nice. Food at the Restaurant at Lobby level was really Good. we enjoyed our meals there.

Swimming pool on the top floor was good with an excellent view of pattaya Beach and surrounding areas.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Due to poor communication and need of training of the staff we had a very bitter Check out. All the Good memories for some time were wiped out of our minds with the foolishness of the staff members.

On the Day of checkout we had clarified with the Receptionist about late checkout and she told us that Checkout is at 12 Noon and she will charge us 100 Bhat per Hour for late checkout.

We arrived at the Hotel at 2.05 PM and gave our luggae to them at around 2.15 PM, then we went for Lunch in there Restaurant and when we cam back we were told we have to pay 300 Bhat, on which we objected and said that we should pay only 200 Bhat. But the Receptionist was adament and the FOM was called and he told us --- You could have stayed Free till 2 PM--- surprised --- we were very angry on them for not giving us correct information and we could have saved 300 Bhat , still he agreed to charge us only 250 Bhat --- But what the bill still has 300 Bhat on it and we paid as we were getting dealyed.

That Hotel needs to train there staff in saying same things (receptionist and FOM) and also not to be too rigid as they may loose Repeat Customers.

I may still give them a Chance again on my next visit as I like the Hotel.
