stayed for a night last week. if you not plan to visit walking street then no need to stay here.
we found that it not clean and had to call housekeeping to clean all the sheets. This is not our first time in Pattaya but we picked this place because it quite new but the place rund down very fast.
Very disappointed with this hotel

Hotel is nice, but has pathetic service, poor location, poor management. Language is the biggest problem.

Won't recommend to anyone going with family, food quality is below average.

I asked for a strong tea during buffet breakfast but was bluntly told by both waitress and manager, if you need strong tea go to your team.

Local transport to hotel is not very good. Please try and avoid going to this hotel with family

As soon as we got out of the taxi someone came rushing out to take our bags, we checked in and they gave us a free up grade on our room never experienced that before so was very pleased. Got to our room and it was lovely it seemed to be a corner room so it had lots of floor space the rooms are funky and modern. Very clean the maid was in every day doing our bed and leaving us fresh water and towels. The beds are massive and very comfy. The roof top pool is small and not may sunbeds but we went in low season so we where alone the one time we used the pool, it looks great on your pic's and you get some good views of Pattaya up there. if you want a great value for money hotel that will look funky on your photo's then this is the hotel for you !!

Room Tip: corner suites are lovely and big

Hotel reception staff is nice but as with most of the Thai places you will find language is a common problem but still they manage to understand and make us comfortable but the ground staff and bell boy kind of staff are not properly trained and there attitude toward guest is not acceptable as they don't know how to behave. Rooms are very spacious comfortable and the best thing about there room was access to a very fast internet. Rooms do have fridge, mini bar, coffee making facilities and modern safe inside drawer and swimming pool on the roof top. World famous walking street is just down few step and hotel is in the middle of town and near to very decent restaurants with delicious food and surrounding is very busy and good watch in evening. Best price in budget pocket to see around and live comfortably.

On the way, hotel telephoned to try and raise room rate for last night by 2000 baht even though already confirmed booking. Arrived, no signs to reception, and no lift/assistance with luggage from car park. Reception staff very sour, no tariff of incidental charges except excessively priced minibar. No spyhole in room door (all others on floor had one!). Lost room keycard, they charged me 400 baht for replacement, normally free in other hotels. Also charged 100 baht for 10 baht broken water glass. Pool area not like photos as bar closed, unstaffed, have to collect/return towels at reception ground floor. Pool furniture stored away in room on roof, no roof over pool so too hot most of the day, then they shut it at 7pm! Very unhappy overall, staff need training in how to deal with customers, and they need to provide tariff clarifying charges and guest information folders. They just seem to charge what they think you will pay when you check out, very dishonest. Don't bother, there are many better hotels than this.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else.

This hotel just open on the end of 2012, stay in mai 2013 on a standard room for 40 USD/Day including breakfast, room of medium size with balcony, good quality, no electric cable that you can see like on cheap place and wonderful view from the pool, no exactly a restaurant but a place to take the breakfast, walking street is on the area, at this price actually one of the best choice in town

Room Tip: Take room on high floor better view
