“Great new hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2013

Stayed here of a couple of days after a conference in April. Hotel is on Soi 10, very good location. New hotel, new rooms and very good service. Internet was very good, a/c worked well, really no problems. Only drawback, cost was $86USD, but I booked late on a holiday weekend. I'd stay here again.

A nice little hotel that is still very new. The room was very nice, quite large and clean. The pool area on the roof is fantastic and the views from the pool are great. The location is brilliant about a minute from the beach, and walking street is about a 10 minute stroll. Shopping, bars, restaurants etc are all within walking distance. The only downfall is the wi-fi is a but hit and miss.

Highly recommended.

Last week I stayed at the SeaMe Spring too hotel, soi 10 pattaya...
Its a great hotel, very quiet, fresh and new with good staff and location.

The location was excellent, its 1 min walk to the beach, 5 mins to soi LK metro nightlife area and 10 min walk (or 2 mins a bahtbus) to walking street, 5 minute walk to central shopping mall or mike shopping mall, 3 minutes to avenue shopping and leisure area.

Check in was smooth, the staff efficient, not overly friendly but very efficient.
I leaned all of the rooms are a similar size, the only difference is the view, i had booked a deluxe room, it had a street view and partial sea view, from the balcony.
There is little noise in the hotel, no loud bars ourside, they are up the soi a little.
There is a construction site opposite, but no real noise or disturbance.
No noise from the rooms next door either, this is a quality built hotel.

The internet connection is free, but a little slow at times (i was on the 5th floor)
The annoyance was that you have to log in every time you connect, there is no option to remember the passwords.
The passwords are unique and also change every 3 days, so i had to keep getting a new slip of paper from reception with a new lease etc...

The room was excellent, very spacious, great bathroom with walk in shower (with glass door) and a separate bath.
Air con was great and not very noisy at all.
TV was a sony flatscreen with the usual thai channel and BBC world etc
their are 2 lifts which are fast, never waited more than a few seconds for the lift

room service great with a varied menu and room delivery
in room fridge filled with snacks and drinks at reasonable prices
got 2 free bottles of water daily too.

Room cleaning needed to be done by 4pm, that was ok, no complaints at all about the standard of cleanliness.

The rooftop pool and bar area is very cool. there is a full panoramic view of the bay and beach, one of the best views i have seen, and you can take in the view from being in the pool.
The pool is medium size and was very clean, think it was salt water, but perfectly clear. there is a small jacuzzi and toddlers area in the pool.
The poolside bar was great, they served room service there too, although i did have to wake the attendant up a couple of times !
near the pool are some very comfortable loungers and double loungers, some in a shaded area.
i never saw the pool overly busy, which was great. a perfect afternoon retreat !

All in all a great hotel priced fairly, i paid 2170b per night on agoda for the seame deluxe room....

The only negative - their website is flashy, but gives no real information about the hotel.... something they might want to look at.
Websites need to be easy to use and full of facts, not smoke and mirrors
its an awesome hotel, so show the hotel off in the website, don't show off the website itself !

One last point: and a huge POSITIVE for the hotel.

The room i was put into at first had a better sea view, also on 5th floor, but their was a smell of cigarettes in the air, I am a non smoker...
I was so tired on arrival i didnt worry, but the smell got worse when i closed the balcony door, and after running the aircon, even worse.
The next day the smell was to much for me, so i went to see reception

the receptionist said i could look at another room in an hour, i agreed
within 30 minutes reception called and wanted to show me another room, just across the hallway.
The new room was much fresher, no cigarette smells at all
here is the good bit:
I agreed to move rooms, on her radio, the receptionist made a call, within 1 minute the bell boy arrived, and he and the receptionist moved all my stuff to the new room, carfully moving the hangers, my clothes etc.... I just moved the stuff from the safe and my bedside cabinet !
I have never seen such good customer service.

For the solo traveller, the hotel is guest friendly as well as family friendly.
ID cards are held at reception, and reception call you room when an ID card is collected, perfect service

Room Tip: All rooms are the same size so dont waste money on the seame sea view rooms, if you book a deluxe ro...

Just like like it's sister hotel ( just across the street) "SeaMe Spring Too' is "The Real Deal".
Can't ask for a better location Or a better price/value for your money!
This one is New, so generally the entire Hotel, Rooms, Furniture, Fittings, Restaurant, Linen, TV's, Pool is much more modern and newer than it's sister hotel across the street.
The Service, Friendliness of the Staff, Upkeep of the Hotel leave nothing more to be desired.
Free Internet all over the hotel (including rooms) and it works well too. Free bottled water in all the rooms. Flat Screen TV. Lovely Sea View and Private Balcony. Wardrobe and In- Room Digital Safe. Shower & Bath-tub. Superior Quality Towels and Bed Linen. Excellent House Keeping Staff. Spacious Rooms. All in All, this a place you will tempted to return to.
I stayed in the "Sea View Deluxe" room.

Room Tip: "Sea View Deluxe" room.

Booked this hotel at the last minute and liked everything about it.

The hotel is in Soi 10 and very near the beach, the soi has no bars so little through traffic and is relatively quiet.

We arrived before the standard check in time and were offered a room on a lower floor, or we could come back after an hour and have a room on a higher floor with a better view, we decided to grab some lunch and retuen. Our room was very nice, comfortable, nice bathroom with a good shower and a bathtub and a nice balcony with a side sea view. The only downside was the lack of tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar, with one of the best sea views we have ever had in Pattaya. The pool bar is reasonably price and certainly highly competitive compared with other hotels of a similar quality. During our stay there was an International Firework Festival, the roof top pool gave us one of the best views of the fireworks in Pattaya. Many hotels and restaurants in the area with good views of the fireworks were gouging their prices, not so the Sea Me Spring Too Hotel, they were charging the normal prices for food and drink, and ensured that everyone there had a seat, full credit to the hotel and it's staff for that.

All in all a very nice hotel in a good location with helpful and friendly staff, we will certainly return.

Room Tip: If you can get a higher floor you have more chance of a sea view, if only partial, as there are some...

Located a street after Hilton and Central Festival mall Pattaya, the hotel is nice place in the heart of Pattaya Beach, a nice 20 mins walk will bring you to Pattaya night street walk where most of the night clubs, pubs and bars are located. It's a heaven for people seeking 'alternative' life.

As for the hotel, It's really disappointing. As I booked through agoda, some of the rooms are not depicted as the picture displayed. So don't be fooled by what you see. I've only booked a room with this hotel because of a picture which shows it has a window between the room and the bathroom which would be kinda romantic but no is to my disappointment.

Services were not up to standard as well, I forgotten to bring along a universal plug for charging,so I went down to the receptionist to as for one, instead they asked me to buy one. The room doesn't come with a water boiler as well. But the rooms are well furnished though which is expected of any new hotel
