“Still good value for money, but now have to pay to park car”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

Have stayed in this Tune a couple of times, and it remains good value for money.

Booked a last minute stay through Agoda, Agoda includes the "extras" such as air-con, TV, Wi-Fi and small bath towels, which, in our case, made it better value than booking direct.

The check in procedure was quick, efficient and friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, with a very nice shower.

The have a very small parking lot and on previous stays haven't been able to park there, they have now introduced a parking charge of 200 Baht, shame that, we left our car in the lot as the hotel is very easy to enjoy the sights of Pattaya.

Good:
extremely convenient location, next to main streets, easy to go to attractions like Tiffany show and 3D art gallery
clean room and bright colour gives a energetic impression
smart key card system, so [please dont lose your card because you even need it for lift
small rope backpack for towel and toiletries. in case you don't have any small bags to travel around the city, that bag is a good choice (quite considerate in this point)

Average:
small size compared to other hotels in thailand

Bad:
we need their help to call the minibus driver, they charge us 10baht for a minute
slightly hear the club music

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights even though I had reserved for 2 nights. I was impressed with the new building, bright large clean bathrooms, flat screen television, great security, and fast wireless wi-fi. The rooms are a good size and well lit. Lots of electrical outlets, which is a rarity. It is about a 5 minute walk to the main beach, and has a on-site customer relations persons, who can book any tours you might want to take. The price was in the $40. U.S. range, (a little more than I usually pay) but as I already said, I was so comfortable, I stayed an extra 3 nights. If I returned to that city, I would stay there again. (the staff was very helpful and one of the security guards gave me a smart salute, each time he saw me!

Room Tip: I booked the room via the areas tourism office, and ended up paying an additional $8 per night for t...

Hotel has good location, right across the street is Alcazar, 7/11 is 100m away, on the same street there are many bars and street foods, which were delicious.

Though the hotel was in a vibrant street, it was still quite inside the hotel and I had a good sleep.

Room was clean, a little bit small but tidy. Large TV though I didn't use. Shower has warm water. Room has digital safebox.

Wifi was not very strong, sometimes my connection dropped.

Rooms were newly renovated. But since the room space was small, there was no place for a chair or table. However I didn't think I was gonna use one since I only came back very late (when you are in Pattaya, you must enjoy the nightlife, right?).

we were in a group of 10 men stayed for 2 nights & our overall experience was very comfortable. so just briefing about the plus points about the hotel:
1) perfect location, beside the main road & opp.to famous Alcazar show.
2) walkable distance for all kinds of Eateries, Family mart, Entertainment & nightlife activity areas.
3)New design construction with modern facilities, nice & clean rooms, free internet, efficient & quick reception formalities, friendly staff.
4)provides on house coffee shop & American breakfast, but for Indian breakfast they send inmates to a nearby Indian Restaurant.
5) Advantage to party freaks- no joiner fee in this hotel.
6) The complimentary photo-shot facility to record the memories is provided in the lobby for free.
7)Tune merchandise accessories & other needy things put for sale in the lobby.
8) Travel desk service to book optional tours also available in the lobby.

The negative points:
1) There is no room phone facility, one has to come to corridor to use the home phone for housekeeing enquiries.
2)Hotel doesnot provide complimentary drinking water bottles like other hotels generally do.
3) The room size is quite small compared to other hotels of same grade.

Any way, its a nice hotel for all kinds of travelers & is value for money.

Hotel is so nice , Staff are smiling and helpful , the only thing that there is no refrgirator and the room is only 15 m2, Location is very good for every thing. You can rent a motor bike and tour all over Pattaya . I used to buy fruits 60% cheaper in the local markets there

Room Tip: Cheap recommended for young people

stayed at this hotel for three nights. i suggest only stay as a last option. my room was so small you could not even find room for the luggage. there are plenty hotels in the area with similar prices but better facilities. because i booked online and paid prior i had no option but to stay.
the hotel itself is modern ,clean and well organised.

Room Tip: if there are larger rooms definitley ask for one.....
