“Great value hotle in a decent location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2012

I stayed here for one night only on my first ever trip to Pattaya in Nov 2012. I was well impressed with the value and comfort on offer at this hotel. I paid only 750 Baht for the night for a nice spacious room with en suite, aircon, in-room safe, etc. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is located within 10 minutes walk of any of the nightlife areas and beaches but on a road that is sufficeintly quiet to ensure a decent sleep. The bed was a decent double size although the mattress had seen better days (I guess this is Pattaya though so it probably sees a lot of action !). The only other downside was that there is no elevator so I had to carry my bag upto the fourth floor.

Thank you for staying with us and glad to hear you enjoyed your stay.

Your feedback is much appreciated in regards to the mattress, coincidentally we have just changed mattresses in all the rooms 2 days ago.

Thank you once again and looking forward to seeing you soon again

The room is a handkerchief size block with a bed taking about 50% of the space. The shower used to flood if you use it for more than 15 minutes and the hot water would last for 5-10 minutes maximum. The TV and AC were decent and the bed was springy & comfortable, which are the only positive points about the place.
Located about 3-4 km away from Pattaya's famous walking street and beachfront, this hotel should only be chosen if you're going to be spending most of your time outdoors and only come home to sleep for 5-6 hours.
The price is decent by Pattaya standards, so if you're really on a shoe-string budget, this is a good option.

Room Tip: Only if you need a place to crash in the night and nothing else

Thank you for your comments and review.

Yes when you book standard room, which also happens to be the cheapest room in the hotel, it is normally not the biggest size.

Having 2 men share the room and bed also does make the room even smaller

I also believe your estimate of being 3km-4km from Walking street are way over exaggerated, as any map will show 3rd road is only 500 meters away from Walking Street, unless of course you first walk in the opposite direction to then come back.

Hotel is within walking distance of Pattaya's main attractions and nightlife but not to near to be kept awake by noise. Run by friendly staff, most facilities worked okay though it took a while for the aircon to cool the room down when returning from outside.

Thank you for your feedback and staying with us.

We service all air con units every 3 months, but were actually told by some guests that air con is not very cold, i guess some rooms used more and gas runs out faster.

Anyhow, just a day ago, i had a check of all rooms and aircon units in rooms where its not too cold have been serviced and gas topped up

Again thank you for feedback.

if i want be a fare judge hotel itself is not bad.but?
from the first day management was very hard to bargin with i thouught maybe it is because of me.but next day at the breakfast wich was included in the price was sousage missing and everyday was something wrong with the breakfast we didnot say anything about that but on the last day my friend wanted one more toast and manager told him to pay 10 baht for one more piece of toast,i complained and he said we can go to other hotel he said 10 baht is more important for him than coustomer satisfaction.and he is from australia it was very strang for me because 10 baht is nothing and i told him but he didnot care.

and this not the worst of it.

the last day i was coming at 2 oclock am to the hotel and i wanted my room key.but office lady told me somebody else have my key and he is staying in my room i wanted to call police but after a while office lady told me it is a mistake and she found the key for me.
but in all that i would never stay at the hotel anyway

so keep out of this hotel.
if you want follownig in the vacation
dont go there

safty.service,relaxtion

Room Tip: never stay in this hotel

Spiteful and dishonest review.

In regards to bargaining, guest received 10% discount on the cheapest room in the hotel plus a FREE breakfast
Breakfast time, we stopped to serve sausages but put double of either ham or bacon to substitute the sausages.

Guests were explained the change and all were satisfied.

This guest was not satisfied and felt he should also get FREE DOUBLE orange juice.(to which staff obliged)

On the last day, guest wanted double OJ plus also triple toast, but was advised it would be extra 10 baht.

PS. Manager, ie myself does not serve breakfast, so i did not ask to pay, nor was i present at 9am(time of breakfast)

In regards to the key comments.,Hotel has 10 CCTV camera's to show that
upon returning, guest asked for his room key, but the wrong number and was advised that there is no key because someone was already in the room. (ie he was in room 201, but asked for key for 301)

5 mins later guest remembered his actual room number and was given his key.

Here at hotel we certainly do not check other people into rooms which are already occupied

Here at hotel, we always try to provide good service to out guest but within limit., it does not include giving away FREE additional extra's

Stayed here for one night on my way to do some sailing around the gulf. It's a few streets back from the main beach road so much quieter at night than if you're right in Pattaya famous "entertainment" area.
I arrived early and my room was yet to be vacated which was fine as I was able to use the facilites (wifi, toilet etc) and store my bags.
As my room didn't actually get vacated I was upgraded to a deluxe room at no extra cost, the room was very well equiped, clean and spacious with a side balcony and excellent A/C.
The staff were pleasant enough but spoke little English (although much better than my Thai admittedly) and the expat manager struck me as a little uppity and argumentative but overall the positives outweigh the negatives and I think this hotel was value for money.

Room Tip: Hmm, maybe stay out of town? I'm not a fan of Pattaya as I'm neither Russian nor an aging se...

That is correct we do not change bed linen every day, we change it every second day.
The air con units are 7 months old and are serviced every 3 months, if you unit was noisy, you should have informed the reception.

Deluxe room is located on the side of building, so sunlight does not hit it all day long.
Though unsure why that is a problem, when you were out till 5.30am every day and slept til 14pm every day(as you advised reception not to enter the room , because you like to sleep in)

Also considering you never stayed or even seen deluxe plus or super plus(as rooms were fully booked out), i am really unsure how you can make a comment about sunlight in those rooms
