“Good Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2013

Good hotel, in the central location. We had arrived very late at night after nine hours flight and were welcomed by very friendly and helpful night manager. He had arranged prompt check in for us and welcoming drinks. Grate guy.
I fact the all stuff was very accommodative and friendly. Rooms are reasonably big and clean.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable place to stay in the central location.

This hotel is centrally located, just a short walk to the beach and Soi 7-13, and a short walk or "bus" ride, to the Walking Street, Central Festival Mall, and lower numbered Sois. It is a modern and stylish hotel, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and bedding, and an attentive staff. Good free wi-fi, strong A/C, and complimentary water each day add to the hotel's value. The only down side is that the maintenance standards seem to be a bit lacking, with some fixtures missing some trim pieces here and there. Overall a pleasant stay though.

Room Tip: Our deluxe room which faced the pool was very nice.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The hotel, rooms, and staff are all impeccable. From the moment we stepped foot on the property. The staff will take care of anything and everything and you get the sense that they love doing it.

I like this hotel a lot because of its style and friendly and efficient staff , however the standards declined a while ago and have not improved. The rooms are comfortable and clean but some of the the food needs improvement and the cocktails were very weak and expensive. Also in this last visit the air conditioning in the restaurant was turned off which made it hot and uncomfortable for guest during breakfast and dinner. Overall it is still a reasonable choice for your stay but a little less than the high standards set when it first opened. I hope the the owners wake up to the fact they have a great hotel which appears to be mismanaged.

stay over 1 night with surprised upgrade!!!! thank you anyway. room is big and clean in general but if check in details, room is dirty. there are lots of security around the area(feel secure). deep bar on 3rd floor looks too quiet. anyway, just goes for detail and the hotel will look great

I am a frequent visitor to Pattaya and always choose this hotel to stay. Everything about this hotel is just right -- the size of the hotel is right, the overall design is right, the food is right, the price is right and the service is more than just right. I always recommend my friends and my guests to stay at this hotel and everyone of them all return with a highly compliment! I would give all the credit to the management & staff for running such a great hotel and for providing such an amazing service and for creating such a delightful experience to me and every guest.

I would definitely return to this hotel whenever I am in town and would highly recommend this stylish to anyone who plan to visit Pattaya!
