Lovely hotel, nicely decorated and spacious rooms and all the staff provide excellent service. Special thanks to the security guard and porter, they were very helpful in assisting with our car hire - taking note of existing damage and making sure the fuel price was fair when we forgot to refill before returning it. If you book ahead and get a better rate on a booking website then this hotel is definitely worth it. We retuned after doing the Mae Hong Son loop and had to take a higher grade room given limited availability of standard rooms and I'm not sure it's worth it - the room is larger, but the TV is further away and it's a shower over bath rather than a walk-in shower.

My friend and I stayed here at the beginning of our stay in Chiang Mai and would definitely recommend it. You cant beat the location, the cleanliness, and the kindness of the staff. They went out of their way to help us with booking activities (cooking class and 3 day trek) and were also able to provide us with converters for our chargers. The breakfast was pretty good too -- always a happy camper when I get get my custom omelette!

Lovely little hotel on the edge of the old city. Location is great - 10 min walk to the night bazaar, 5 mins to the Sunday walking street. Bars and restaurants within easy reach without being noisy.

Rooms are immaculate, service is great and I don't know what else to say. This hotel really is spot on!

I booked a week at this Hotel in August 2013, after searching Trip Advisor. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It is set back from the street, and so noise is minimal. It is close to all the markets and temples. Staff were exemplary; minor problems and requests were quickly sorted. Breakfast buffet was very good. Free Wi-Fi and internet pc's. Attached café and restaurant were outstanding in excellent staff and delicious food and snacks. Best café latte in Chiangmai. Five star value at a four star price. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: All rooms have air con, none have a view.

Situated in the old city, just off the main road , a lovely romantic hotel with a tradional thai feel to it , clean and comfortable rooms , friendly staff, small swimming pool plus pool bar where a happy hour you could sample half price cocktails , good location for mountain bike hire m really cheap 50 bht per day , also tuk tuk and taxis you can hire for the day and take in the tiger village ( highly recommended) crocodile farm , and many more , local temples are in walking distance and local market every night , serving local food ,

Room Tip: 3 types of rooms , premier , premier deluxe , and penthouse I think , come with breakfast or without...
