“Loved It!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2006

modern deco.. nice and attentive staff, the breakfast was great, better sit at the table just besides the river to get a really nice look at the view. Stayed at the suite if u ask me, cozy with lots of space, came with complimentary laundary services, minibars. The only setback was the small bed = =" The pool is small but nicely decorated surrounded by beautiful lotus pond..

But the most impressive part of the stay was the hospitality of the staff!

Love it and will definitely go again ~ ^^

As many other visitors wrote, an excellent hotel.
Rooms, service etc on a high level. Food is very good, but not outstanding. No michelin level. If you book a suite or room, BOOK it on the 4th (highest) floor. Otherwise your view is a big white wall of the spa. On the 4th you will have river view.

A superb hotel, modern, trendy and chic decor. Stayed in a suite with club floor access, definitely the way to go. Came with free laundry, mini bar....great! Convenient location as well, walk to NIght Bazaar, everything else a short tuk tuk ride away

Spa at the Chedi is also minimalist chic, Nakamichi sound system, good for guests who shun the traditional Thai decor with ornate carvings and lots of Thai Silk. Would definitely like to come back, this hotel is a destination in itself.

We stayed at Chedi for 4 nights and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The style of Chedi is simple, elegant and exquisite. Staff always has smile on their face. As to the breakfast some people complainted about, we found it quite good. The selection is quite adequate. We have a room overlooking the swimming pool, totally free of the noise on the streets.

On the downside, the price for the trip and transportation provided by the hotel is outragous. Also be careful about the local calls you make, you need to pay for them. I made three local calls and paid 70 bt.
