When I arrived the first day, reception was confused over which document to take from me.

After the initial confusion, went up to my room to discover a spacious room with luxurious king-sized bed and reasonably comfortable settings...

...Only to find that there is no iron... Had a formal dinner in two hours, hence called reception/housekeeping for an iron and iron-board... Had to wait for a while before it came...

Bathroom was comparable to 4 star, though the bath tub could have been better...

Staff were polite and helpful, even though there might be a little communication problem here and there.

Overall experience was nice... would go back to this hotel again...
