Rooms and location are lacking. But the real problem is customer service. Upon check-in we were told there was breakfast from 7:30-10. When I came down the next morning at 7:30 and asked about breakfast I was informed there was no breakfast - only coffee and toast. I said I didn't want coffee and the receptionist asked me what I would like - with a great deal of attitude. I asked for just toast and she screamed in my face, across the lobby for someone to make it. About an hour later when our toilet wouldn't flush I had to go back to see her. She asked if I had flushed tissue. I live in Asia and am quite accustomed to not flushing my toilet tissue. I told her no. She discussed with a housekeeper and then went ok to accuse me of flushing toilet tissue. Considering the rooms, cleanliness and location is just sub par this level of customer service brings the entire hotel down to an all time low for me.
