“Good food, fun, and organized!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2013

What a fantastic, fun, and well organized experience! We left with smiles on our faces. Our guides "U-e" and "Pear" were great - they brought us (group of 12) to the farmers market and showed us the different Thai foods/ingredients, then headed towards their teaching facility. The instructions were easy to follow, they were sanitary/hygenic, and the Thai food was soooo good! Me and the hubby (our honeymoon) did 2 different soups, red and green curry (they showed us how to do it with ingredients from scratch using pestal and mortar), pad thai and cashew chicken (you NEED to come here to make the Cashew Chicken because it is AMAZING), and fried banana spring rolls and vegetable spring rolls. This class was awesome and our teacher, Pear, was funny and her personality off the charts! We had so much fun - We want to send our thanks! This is a MUST-DO in Chiang Mai.

“Lots of fun, awesome experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2013 via mobile

Had lots of fun, the market experience was great, lots of useful information. Pear, the young lady who took us around the market and showed us how to cook some of the food was an absolute hoot and lots of fun. The other young lady who helped, who's name means "cheeks" (I can't remember it in Thai) was also great - really helpful.
I was very full by the end and didn't think I would be. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and one I'd recommend.
The only downside was when my boyfriend decided to put his chllli fingers in his eyes. Funny for me; painful for him!!

“To "Pear"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2013

We thought it would be one of the many cooking schools we went to while travelling through Asia. But this place is outstanding, and this is only because or should I say thanks to "Pear" our chef. She is the most amazing person we met, she is so much fun, you will laugh from the market to the end of your meal. if you decide to take the class, make sure to ASK FOR HER, noone else! And the recipes were stunning, best green and red curries we ever had!
Pear, thank you so much for the energy you spent with us and all the smiles you shared with us :)
