“Favourite part of our Chiang Mai trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2014

I loved this cycle tour - it was the best part of our Chiang Mai trip and was better than I thought it would be. We did the Colours of Chiang Mai tour. It was just the right duration and we saw all the things that I would like to see - the backstreets, farmland and villages of Chiang Mai. I loved the visit to the bakery and to the market. Although my boyfriend and I agree that we could have done without the visit to the orphanage. It's a lovely orphanage and the children look very well cared for, but we felt bad for them having to put a show on for us. I'd rather have just stopped by and made a donation/purchased some of the beautiful homemade cards they had on sale. But overall, I highly recommend the tour. I felt safe at all times, our guide was friendly and accommodating, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Dear JTravelBug1,

Thank you for your wonderful review about our Colors of Chiang Mai excursion.
I agree that the dance at the orphanage looks a little bit to much.
This is not in our hands , the children love to perform and are very proud when they get applause
They do this dance weekly in church as well and the more they practice the better they become.

Thanks again an hope to see you one one of our other tours in Thailand in the future.
\With kind regards,

Fokke van Egmond

“Great way to see outside the tourist area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2014

The bike tour was excellent. We were not sure what to expect, and as avid road bikers we were concerned when we first saw the bicycles offered. However, the bikes, with shock absorbers, wide tires and seats, were actually ideal for the terrain we covered. We road through a number of villages, stopping off at local craft places, a bakery, and even people raising roosters for the fighting trade. Also, a nice lunch and a visit to the wholesale craft and furniture shops outside the city. The guide was personable, spoke excellent english, and was amenable to whatever we wanted. The routing had been carefully planned to avoid heavy traffic, and the guide was sure to keep us on the left side of the road. We were picked up at our hotel by the owner, and delivered back there upon the conclusion of the ride. This ride was a memorable high light of our visit to Chiang Mai.

“Great Way to See the Area!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2014

We spent our last morning in Chiang Mai taking a bike tour. Actually we had made plans before we left and our schedule changed. They were very easy to work with in changing our day. It was just the two of us with our guide and we had a blast. Stopping at the school was wonderful and at the orphanage we had a great meal with the two college students who were there for an internship like experience. It was just wonderful. They knew we were on a tight timeline and had a taxi ready for us upon our return. Would highly recommend! Flat, easy ride, great for anyone!

“City Highlights Tour with Wee”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2014

This was a fantastic day riding around Chang Mai city. My partner and I were the only two on this sunny day. We did the afternoon tour leaving from the biking office we had the choice of either a mountain or comfort bike. Our guide 'Wee' was very knowledgeable about everything we saw that day especially the temples and Buddhist religion having studied as a monk himself for three years. We visited some very beautiful temples and awesome markets where we saw, smelt and tasted many different thai delicacies. Wee took us to one of his favourite Cafes where we had an awesome Pad Thai. The traffic was a little hectic at times but we never felt in any danger. Highly recommend this tour and especially Wee as a guide. It's a great way to see heaps of the city in a relatively small amount of time.

“Fantastic way to spend the day”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2014

Please make sure you request Wick as your guide. He is knowledgeable, charming and, because there were just my mate and I, he was able to tailor our tour to our needs. The school, bakery, market, lunch, orphanage, leper colony - it was pretty perfect! We even did a bit more cycling than usual because we were just our own little group. Highly recommend. Wick is an amazing source of information.

One note: We had assumed they took credit cards so it was sort of a bad scramble to make sure we had enough cash. Staff was sort of out of sorts.

Dear Bruce,

Thank you for your wonderful review about our tour and guide Wick ( Wee ).
Sorry for the confusion about your payment, the only way you can pay with credit card at our company is if you book trough our website at least 5 day's before departure date and pay trough PayPal.
There is otherwise always an ATM nearby our office so no worries for that.
I think my assistant forgot about that.
Thank you again for joining and your excellent review and i hope to see you again on one of our other tours in the land of smiles.

Best regards,

Fokke van Egmond
