“Fantastic!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2013

I am so thankful to the owner and staff that during the busiest day of the year they were able to accommodate me and only wish I stayed longer in this terrific establishment.
Just for one night, but the staff managed to provide such a memorable service, that I felt the necessity to write this review.
The location could not be better - right in the center, next to the gate, entertainment at your reach. The room has everything - closet, sofa, bed, table, fridge, and still feels empty! The balcony is so long, you can even ride your bike on it!
The room is spotless. Crispy clean sheets. Sparkling bathroom. I didn't need refrigerator or a closet for 1 night, but I looked inside anyway. As if it was polished a second ago!
The staff is amazing. From storing my luggage for a day, accommodating me in the middle of the night, to waking me up with a gentle knock on the door at 5 am - they did it all with such professional manner and easy feel, that I only felt - I will be back.

Na inn is located in the heart of Chiang Mai old town. You can walk to night bazaar and many temples in the city from here. Wat Chedi Luang is about 5 minute walk. The airport is about 10 minute drive 100 baht tuk tuk. The railway station is also about 15 minute drive and I paid 100 baht by songtheaw that too at night. The receptionist at Na inn is very helpful, genuine and speaks good English.
The rooms are huge and clean, internet worked great, transportation is easy to get, many restaurant on the street.

Great value for a clean, AC room in great location, with very pleasant staff. Rooms are huge with working toilet, shower, tv, and very necessary AC. As opposed to many of the more expensive places we looked into, this place is not fancy or cozy or very interesting, the bathrooms are on the verge of being dirty-looking. However, for the price, I can't fault it. The staff is very helpful, always smiling, and arranged motorbike rental very easily for us. Location is perfect, except for the noise from the street therefore it s better to choose room at the back.

Great location in the old city walls, a few meters from restaurants, bars, massage, shops, etc...

It isn't luxury at all, it's functional, but for the price it is truly amazing.

Incredibly clean, air con rooms with tv, good bathroom, tv and fridge.

There isn't better in the town for this price.

If you've been in rough places this is the best way to reconnect with civilisation.. I had a proper double bedroom with private bathroom, big wardrobe with mirror and even a sofa. All for 600 baht. Th last at reception speaks English and is very helpful.
I would definitely return here

This was the third place we stayed in Chiang Mai, we walked in off the street to see if a room was available. We were lucky and there was one that was being made ready. We took a look before paying for it and were pleased as the room was spacious and clean with a good bathroom. The air-con was good and the added bonus was a fridge. There was a basic do it yourself breakfast in the morning which was welcome and unexpected. Wifi was a bit hit and miss in the room but worked well in the lobby. Staff were helpful.

Room Tip: We were on the top floor and no complaints
