We stayed in an AC room (THB 500 a night) for a few nights and found it lovely, the place is quite new.

Room wasn't huge and the bathrrom (with typical Thai shower) was connected to the room through an outside door, but it was clean and quite smartly decorated with cable TV. Fresh soap, linen, and drinking water every day.

The common room has free internet as well as large LCD tv and DVD collection. Op and her staff were fantastic, spoke great English and were very helpful and always eager to please.

Whilst it isn't in the Old Town or Riverside everything you need is close by, i.e. restaurants, Tesco, laundry service, bars etc. and I loved the area. No pushiness and everyone was really friendly. It costs about 80 baht to get back from Night Bazaar by tuk tuk.
