My job require me to travel all around south-east asia, and being Swiss, the only thing I miss from home is cheese. So when my colleague told me that I would be able to find a good fondue in BKK I could not stand and had to try it out.
What to say except that Chesa is probably the closest and most similar food to Switzerland you would get in this part of the world. I only tried the "Moitier-Moitier" fondue and a bottle of "Fendant" but as "Vaudoix" myself, I could not be happier.
