The rooms almost look brand new and are incredibly spacious! Very convenient location and a staff that is eager to help. Really couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel while in Bangkok!!

This was a great hotel. Close to sky train 10mins walk away. Room clean and tidy and spacious. Hotel staff incredibly nice and friendly. Breakfast I thought was very good, coffee excellent. There was building work happening at the hotel but it is during the day when most tourists ate out sightseeing so this didn't spoil anything for us. The swimming pool was also being repaired during our stay but they were able to keep open the main pool which was great. Definately would reccomend staying here for a city visit.

I stayed here for 7 nights last year and enjoyed my stay here. I was on transit from Phuket to the USA and spent two nights here in March 2010. The hotel is still a decent place to stay, but what really ruined it for me was the last night when I checked out and the receptionist behind the counter asked the security guard to get me a taxi for the airport. The security guard called the taxi that was waiting outside and loaded my luggage into it. When we drove off, I noticed that the driver did not turn on his meter, and I asked him to do so. His reply was, "No meter. I standby taxi for Legacy Suites - you pay me 500 baht for airport." I didn't want to miss my flight so I negotiated the fare down to 400 baht. The taxi driver gave the impression that the Legacy Suites sanctioned this DISHONEST practice and I am extremely annoyed with being extorted like this. I have no idea why the security guard at Legacy Suites would call this taxi driver - perhaps he was getting kickbacks from the taxi drivers who do not use their meters? This is extremely distasteful!!

The rooms in this hotel are modern, spacious, and ultra-clean. I dont know the geography of Bangkok well but getting around wasnt a problem and we seemed close to the places we wanted to go. Its next to the sky train which also helps getting around the city.
