“Very nice and stylish hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2012 via mobile

Hotel with lots of style: very modern and cool
Personnel is very well trained and customer oriented (except for concierge team, often too aggressive and really useful when having to give advice)
Rooms are very comfortable and clean. A pity that the room we had has a very bad smell of smoke despite the fact that it was non-smoking
Breakfast very reach
Location central and easy to reach

Booked a Biz Class... given the room at level 23 (no noise whatsoever). Just one floor up from the My Club lounge which is very convenient. The free flow cocktail & canapes which start from 6pm to 8pm was nice. Walking distance to the shopping malls. Skytrain, tuk tuk and massage parlour just around the corner. Was given a choice over the breakfast... either have breakfast at My Club lounge at 22 Floor or the Party House One located at Ground Floor. Both breakfast was nice.... like their porridge so much..... Overall experience... GREAT....

we were booked in here for our honeymoon for 3 nights, The hotel itself was trendy which we loved BUT we were booked on a non smoking floor and each time we came back to our room it stunk of cigarette smoke, we complained to management and nothing was done, they said they would come and check it out but didnt. Buffet breakfast was amazing but took ages for staff to acknowledge you and serve you coffee.
We found the consierge to be very pushy and wouldnt take no for an answer. But hotel was in an awesome location to MBK.

We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay at Siam@Siam and were extremely happy with the service and facilities of the hotel. Recommended for any stay in Bangkok.
It was central to the shopping centres and was a good pick up point for tours.
The Spa was great with a hour long massage for only a$50

Not your usual decor, quite industrial and interesting. Not the boring standard room. Very clean and comfortable. Great location, very close walk to MBK and other shops. Fabulous food court in MBK - travelling with family and everyone could choose whatever they wanted. Tesco just a block away so we could stock up on snacks.
We had interconnecting rooms for our kids which was very convenient.
Easy access via sky train to river then via boat to main sites - grand palace etc. Absolutely do not listen to touts when they tell you something is not open - Buddhist holiday or so on... They just want to get you on a tuk tuk and take you to a tailor, a jeweller etc. they can seem very convincing and appear reputable but they are far from it.
The tiger temple is an absolute must do. Loved the experience. Our kids fed, washed and played with baby tigers . An experience you would never be allowed in Australia .get there early so you can get in to feeding or playing experiences as they only have very limited places. We hired our own driver for the day to take us up and back. Quite reasonable.

We had a 2 night stay with Siam@Siam. A very trendy, unique hotel (lobby is located a floor above the ground floor?!) with a truly sensational concierge service (a driver from the hotel privately chauffeured us to some awesome secret shopping spots!) Breakfast was good, check in and out was a little slow and cocktails on the roof were rather expensive (AUD$50 for a Grand Mimosa - granted concocted with Moët but not really a $50 calibre cocktail) all in all great location, (especially to MBK) excellent concierge but at times a little expensive!

Room Tip: If you're a smoker aim for either the smoking floor or either close to the roof level or the gro...

This hotel has it all, a great central location only a few minutes walk from Bangkok's main shopping area, close enough to walk to, far away enough to be not noisy. The rooms are large, modern and well thought out. I am taking inspiration from their design for my place, and the bed... I could live in that bed !!!
The views were great as weas the service. the sushi in the sushi restaurant was the best i have ever had and the meal in the rooftop restaurant tasted as good as the view was spectacular.
The tour desk was great, offerring choices to explore parts of the country I wouldn't otherwise have seen.
I felt at home here, an oaisis in the hot and humid bustling world that is Bangkok

Room Tip: all the rooms are quite high up due to there being businesses between the lobby and the rooms so all...
