“Really a wonderful hotel!!!...i strongly recommand it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2014

I stayed there 3 weeks this month for the fourth time and it is always the same pleasure as regard the quality of the service, the choice of food at breakfast, the excellent work of the laundry...the very convinient location....
The whole staff is very friendly and does his best to comply with the requests of the customers.
You can arrive directly from the airport using Airport link and BTS avoiding traffic jams. The main famous shopping malls are at no more than 10 minutes walk.
The rooms are very spacious with large windows and a balcony. The bedding quality is excellent.

My reason for this review is the good staff that support the Evergreen Place business. As you can read the location is excellent, the living area is good, and the staff is out standing. It's been two years since I was last there and again I was made to feel at home. If I must give a negative comment I could only say," the turn over of personal, new staffers, seems to be lot". The several service people there I have seen time and time again. The front desk staff change regularly it seems. The service is great so are those who provide the services. I guess to stay at this place is a good idea if you desire comfort and easy living.

Room Tip: If you enjoy lots of sun, request a pool side room. If u do not care or sleep in or late then opposi...

The room we have on the 14th floor really surprised me. The kitchenette, not that we'll use it. The spacious bedroom and nice bathroom with separate shower & bath. Breakfast is ok. Always enjoy a cooking station but still unsure if they have one. The gym is well equipped and the pool large with nice seated areas around. There's also a steam room. Big plus is the location. Roughly 15min walking distance to clothing area or MBK. Train station at your door. Staff are friendly and helpful and speak English well. There's not much next to the hotel...probably the biggest negative.

Apartment/hotel. Fantastic place for a family to stay, especially as the kitchenette allows you to prepare meals at any time, but why would you when street food, restaurant food in Thailand is amazing.
The apartment was large and very clean. Little balcony, which is always nice.
Breakfast was reasonably good, a little surprised I had to pay (albeit a small price) for my son, as we had only booked the room for two (yet he is very young)
The location. Very convenient, restaurant, shops and train all minutes away.
We arrived early in the morning and as the room wasn't ready we were charged an early book in fee. Considering the political situation and small numbers of visitors I thought that they could have waived this.
As for the pool! We were there in summer, and the water was freezing!

We arrived 27 Dec to Evergreen Place for 8 night stay and for the money it cost including breakfast was excellent value - laundry onsite was wonderful dropping off clothes in morning and they would be delivered clean back to your room in the same afternoon! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful - calling hospital and spas to arrange our appointments, move times etc - noting was too much for them - wonderful thank you everyone Ann, Jeab and his colleagues on the main door arranging taxis and carrying luggage all fantastic workers and always with a smile and time to speak to everyone - Our room had the separate kitchen ears, we made use of the fridge but there were no utensils, plates o cups so could not do anything not even make a cup of tea - I suggest they supple 2/3 cups in each room with a kitchen as being form England we brought tea bags and could never had a cup of tea before bed - had to made do with a fresh coconut instead (yum). The beds were clean and comfortable, room cleaned daily with fresh towels daily, and very nice lemon grass soaps and shower gel loved these. Within one minute of the hotel you will find the coconut man selling his fresh coconuts for 20 baht - 40p UK wow! he was so lovely, my 23yr old daughter had her teeth laser whitened at the lovely dentist next door, very professional and all the staff were wonderful - ASIA HOUSE Massage - you must visit open until 2am professional staff, beautiful interior, wonderful owner with excellent english - we all went there daily for various massages - my fav was the 1Hr leg reflexology for 200 Bhat £4! popping there at 11pm at night totally safe, 3 min walk back to hotel never once felt unsafe - highly recommend this place. Shopping!!! my daughter is a shopaholoic so Central World , Siam Paragon, MKB all within a 5-10 min easy safe walk - shop till u drop!!! Found the cheapest & best fresh juice bar inside the Tokyo department store at MKB - 50Baht for a 9 mix fresh juice and wonderful choice on their menu - you must visit their food level on 4/5 floor - also on 5 Floor of MBK - The Japanese Facial Glass Box store - my dughte and I treated our selves to a 90 minute facial - WOW! WOW! WOW! at only £25 the best £25 we have spent in a long time - aaaamazing all the gadgets, the products the massage the list goes on!!! - we also did lots of sightseeing as well as having full body surveys at the wonderful Bumrumgrad International Hospital - medical tourism!!! a must for anyone 40 + everything was checked except our brains! 10am-4pm what an experience - we believe in prevention rather than cure and this was money well spent - highly recommend for those interested in looking after themselves and their bodies - so enjoy all Bangkok has to offer - and only a 50 minute cheap flight to Siam Reap - hubby went off there for 3 days while daughter and I shopped and so easy to get to/from Bangkok by air - so stay at Evergreen Place and you can experience all this and have money to spend on all those spas, massages, handbags, makeup :-0)

It's a residence, an apart'hotel, not really a standard hotel, quite the price of a real hotel though.
The pool is nice but really freezing in winter, due to the fact that it's surrounded by many buildings.
The place is clean.
The breakfast is ok but not terrific.
