Faultless location - if you wish to be amidst it all. Plenty going on round about & very interesting too! We felt it was a little jaded & past its best - but then the rates reflected this. Good deals to be had 5800 for 3 nights.. search the internet! Sadly our AC unit played up and it resulted in 2 disturbed nights sleep with the bell boy promising technical help - which never came! But that aside: Breakfast was as good as any hotel and plentiful..
We found some good restaurants worth checking out Mango - to the rear & another in an 'old house' attached to the Rose Hotel opp.. well worth a visit. We were assured we could buy anything nearby and of that there was - I presume no doubt! The hotel does tick all the boxes for Bangkok - in which I was glad to spend 3 nights! Neg your own taxi - it is 300 Bt ! plus the Mway tolls . Please do avoid the tuc tucs - we knew to do so but did nonetheless & they wasted our time! Things were meant to be closed! They take you to countless retail units 'enroute' & frankly bloody rude! Would we stay again? perhaps try another hotel - The Rose Hotel would be our next port of call - just across the road. Nice big pool too!

The hotel have one of the best location in Bangkok. The staff is afficient and friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated and have comfortable beds. The hotel have a god atmosphere. The breakfast buffé feels little poor but ok. The pool is quite small but it compensate the verdant garden located on the top floor.
The Siam heritage is defenitely worth a stay!

We enjoyed the Siam Heritage Hotel very much. It's a small hotel, centrally located downtown a few blocks away from the hospital and snake farm (the snake show is educational and a "must-see"). The hotel has upscale but traditional Thai-style furnishings, which, combined with the art-work, gives a nice traditional Thai feel. The doormen and bellhops wear traditional Siamese-style uniforms; I like the classic style of the white jacket and the shoes with the pointed, curled up toes. The paintings and pottery were tastefully selected, and help give the hotel a delightful ambiance. The rooms (except for the larger suites) are not as large as the Baiyoke Sky's, but the welcoming, comfortable, cozy feel and ambiance more than made up for the smaller rooms. We liked the traditional Thai-style beds, the bathroom door and latch, the stone shower walls, and the furnishings and artwork. The masseuse next to the top floor's fitness center was expensive, but top-notch--she gives more traditional and better massages than you get even at HealthLand. Breakfast (included) was good. Taxi and shuttle drop-off and pick-ups are in front of the hotel, but car parking is in a parking garage about a block from the hotel on the other side of the street. If you're driving a car (which I wouldn't advise in Bangkok), the hotel reception can give you a stamped parking voucher. The Thai owners are very nice, highly-educated (a PhD and an engineer), and like most Thai people, devout Buddhists. We were very happy with the Siam Heritage, and will doubtless stay there again the next time we visit.

This place is a real diamond among the dirt, from the outside approach it looks a little dubious with the red light district and Pat Pong area just a few steps away. Step through the doors into the place and it is completely different.
Beautifully decorated rooms with excellent facilities Bar, Massage parlour, rooftop pool. Great location, only a tuk tuk away from amazing places like The Grand Palace, And other temples for all the culture vultures, very clean throughout and highly recommended! Also does a great tour to the Tiger Temple and Bridge over the River Kwai in Kanchanaburi province. Nightlife is also execellent, great bargains to be had at the night market.

Situated next to Patpong Market but no noise at all, great bar and buffet breakfast is not bad.
Rooms are typical of a good quality boutique hotel. Deffo worth its 4 star status.

Doorman was also very pleasant.
One to recommend to all.
