“This is the transport hub of Bangkok....”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2012

From Victory Monument you can get a minibus to most northern and southern cities for a fraction of the price of price of flying, and take in the Thai countryside once you leave the city limits of Bangkok.

“Crowded.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 15, 2012

I'm a local, so I'm here for transportation.
Very confusing even for Thais!!
But it's like bus's hub. You can almost go everywhere from here!

(Besides bus, there's van to almost all province in Thailand!
Just confusing to find because it has 4 corners! So, where to go??)

Stop on the way to the Grand Palace and get a couple of snaps. It's not a place you want to make you main purpose to visit

“Local food and clothes”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2012

Get off here and go down to eat with the locals for cheap food and clothes - not so many tourists here and there is a park about 200 metres walk
