“Best value in Bangkok!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2013

This has to be the best value accommodation in Bangkok! We have stayed 7 times in this fantastic establishment and have never been disappointed. The location is superb and the staff are excellent. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The restaurant 43 is superb! We dined there on two occasions for dinner, the food was excellent and the Executive Chef Davide, took the time and trouble to explain the dining options to us.
We had a minor problem with our laundry on one occasion and the General Manager, Teeraya, took charge personally, resolved the problem to our satisfaction and met with us to discuss our satisfaction with the resolution. Service doesn't get any better than that! We will continue to stay here whenever we are in Bangkok. We love it!!

Room Tip: 15th floor is the perfect location.

We stayed in Cape House Service Apartment for a week.Very nice friendly staff and quiet location. We just take 5 mins walk to sky train,10 mins walk to Central World and visit Four Face Budder. it is very convenience for us to walk to heart in BKK. We had been bangkok more than 10 times. I choose this hotel it base on trip adviser#1, wasn't disappoint for us. We will definitely back to this apartment again. Oh..one more thing, my daughter like the complementary ,it's not a welcome drink and fruits...it was a bear...nice.

Room Tip: I recommend higher floor with city view and corner suites. They have two bedrooms but always fully bo...

Just spent a wonderful 4 nights at this great little hotel. Chose it based on its #1 tripadvisor rating and certainly wasn't disappointed. We had a studio room and this was well set out with a separate lounge area and small kitchen (although you don't come to Bangkok to cook your own food). There was also a washing machine which was very handy. Breakfast was a nice variety and everything looked fresh. The staff were ALL amazingly friendly and helpful. You also get access to an all day executive level with views over some of the city and coffee and snacks, and at the end of the day the pool and spa are a great way to wind down.

The location is close to the embassy district and shopping. If you are happy to use the metro then it is very easy to get to most areas, including the weekend markets, Chinatown, and the river.

If you are after the budget or backpacker hustle and bustle of Khoasan Road then this hotel is not for you, but if you are after something quieter, or for business, then this place is fantastic value compared to the other 4 and 5 star options.

Will definitely look to stay here on future trips to Bangkok.

Room Tip: They do have smoking rooms so important to specify non-smoking if you want a room without the smell...

Loved loved loved this place! We had a one bedroom suite with all mod-cons provided. The hotel offered an excellent breakfast and outstanding customer service. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, the pool provided a lovely break from the heat of Bangkok and we were 5 mins walk from two Skytrain stops - what more could you ask for?! The journey from the Suvranbhumi airport took 30 mins and cost 350 baht (using a taxi from the taxi rank outside the airport). There is a 7Eleven opposite the hotel for cheap snacks/water and this hotel is really well placed for sightseeing - the Skytrain is the best way of getting around this hectic city! We were genuinely sad to leave and will return when next in Bangkok!

Room Tip: We had a balcony overlooking the road and had a great nights sleep so no problem with traffic noise...

We stayed at the Cape House serviced apartments in Bangkok over Christmas and were very happy with it. We had a one bedroom apartment which was well appointed and comfortable. Having a washer was handy to enable us to do our laundry before moving on to Chiang Mai. The front desk staff were very helpful, good breakfast was provided, and the location was excellent as it was within walking distance of their rapid train system, wonderful restaurants and several large shopping centers. I would gladly recommend the Cape House to anyone visiting Bangkok.

It is a clean hotel, but if you don't like the smell of smoke make sure you ask for a non smoking room. We did not ask for this and ended up being in a room that was smelling of smoke from previous occupiers, we should of asked to be moved but only there for three nights so we didn't bother.

Breakfast was nice and staff friendly, would recommend this hotel. Had a complimentary teddy which I thought was a lovely touch.

Wow, we had an absolutely amazing stay at the Cape house and it was a great introduction to Thailand. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming. We were here over Christmas and had enough room in our suite to easily have 10 people over for dinner and drinks.

Pros:

- Great location right near the best of Bangkoks downtown shopping, but on a quiet street.
- Very clean rooms and linens
- Exceptional suite style and functionality (DVD players, multiple TV, iPod stereo, soaker tub, washing machine, full size fridge very comfortable living room furniture, high quality safe)
- decent breakfast
- large well equipped gym/pool
- free 'cape house teddy bear'
- great value

Cons:

- I wish the Italian restaurant downstairs was a Thai restaurant.
- a
