“Basic, No Hassles, Inexpensive”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2007

I stayed here in October 2006. Its an old simple hotel which is well located. The rooms are basic and could do with a bit of clean up. They do have cable tv with hbo, air con, king bed & fridge.....all the important things! The staff are great, never had any hassles or strange looks no matter how drunk I was when I arrived back at the hotel. They also do not frown on having an extra person in the room. Great little bar out the front is lots of fun, the food at the resturant is deacent and the massage plae downstairs is good. All in all it's a good inexpensive place which would suit people that like to come and go as they please without any hassles. I would not reccomend it for families.

  • Liked — The staff, no hassles & no extra charges.
  • Disliked — The jammed window.

we have just come back from a 3 day stay at the premier inn , the place a really a very simple no frills place but its very clean and practical. The centrally airconditioned room was very very beautifull with a gr8 shower in the bathroom though the size of the bathroom isnt anything to write home about .the breakfast is also very simple with no choices at all .the location is quite central right on sukhumvit road though its a ten min walk from the nearest sky train station .
all in all i dont think u would find a better option for thb900 .
would highly recommend this place for the budget travellar

I just returned from a five night stay at Premier Inn Sukhumvit Bangkok(dec 2005).I made the reservation on this hotel through internet without having any knowledge about it. The web page did not look that impressive and I had my doubts to begin with. However upon my arrival I found out that the hotel was quite ok for a budget traveller.Given below are the plus and negative points of the stay.
The hotel is nicely placed in a very convenient location having easy access to most of the hot spots in the sukhumvit area. Its is accessible by sky train but have to walk about ten minutes from the station. Soi cowboi which is a popular entertainment area is just around the corner. Nana plaza also very popular among tourist as a night hang out is just 15 to twenty minutes away. There are plenty of hawker type food parlours around the hotel where they serve delicious sea food for very low price. You should be able to have a good sea food meal for less than 100 Bhatt from these places. The major plus point that i found in this hotel was that its very guest friendly. They did not question or charge the joiners to our rooms. The rooms were found to be very clean. The towels are replaced every day and the air conditioning was perfect on all three romms that we occupied.Security very good. The minus factors that I found was that the rooms did not have windows. This wasnt a major issue for me.The breakfast was very simple.Three slices of toast with butter and marmalade accompanied by two eggs scrambled or fried with tea or coffee. There was no room service as the hotel does not maintain a kitchen dept. But snacks are available at the lobby. Drinking water was not not offered inside the room so we had to buy water from the lobby for 10 bahts each per bottle.
Overall I recommend this hotel to any budget traveller. I paid 900 baht per double for a superior room. It is value for money compared to other hotels around.

Without having been informed before arriving I got a room with no window. Breakfast is simple with only three pieces bread and two eggs and only one cup of coffe.
Room is clear and locatio is ok. But 800 BHT is a bit overcharged.
