“Fine hotel!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Myself and two friends stayed in a 4 bed dorm room which was ok. We didn't have a window which you need to ventilate the air in the room. The air on was good but there was no light switch, it had a censor so every time the person in the top bunk moved it would turn on..
Besides from that, the staff is really friendly and happy to help! There is a bus stop just outside the building to take you anywhere in Bangkok.

Located right in front of Yaowarat Road (Chinatown), lots of famous street food available at night all along the road at night. Most of the locals and staffs at Chinatown here is able to communicate in Mandarin.
The room is fine and spacious. However, the corridor outside our room is smelly.
Simple breakfast is available from 6.30am-10am.

Stayed in the female dorm room for 3 nights. Very clean and modern hostel. Curtain on beds so gives you some privacy. Bathroom always very clean. Key card entry to the female dorms so very secure and safe. Location was great, right in the centre of chinatown with the food markets starting right outside the front door and an easy 10 minute walk to the main train station.

My wife and I have stayed here on several occasions over the past 3 years. Its greatest attraction is the location in the centre of Yaowaraj (Chinatown ) .The hotel has seen better days as signs of wear and tear are evident throughout. There has been piecemeal renovation to extend its commercial life.
Breakfast quality has declined and room linen is overdue for replacement. General cleaniness is okay.
There's technical problem to connect laptops to the free Wi-Fi since last August. Another guest from India had the same technical problem. There's no hotel staff who can solve this problem. There's no problem connecting smart phones to the Wi-Fi.

Here I’m back again for staying at the same hotel Pleasant stays, again, on-and-off for 6 nights for this trip!

Why wouldn’t I??? Love seeing and interacting with the staff here, from Nina, Sureeporn, and many others, I could always count on seeing Big Smiles! The only thing that I hope to see the improvement is the Wi-Fi in guests’ rooms, which has the tendency of dropping off very frequently and that makes any Wi-Fi calling a huge challenge besides bothersome when listening to the news back home through the net, and surfing.

I missed seeing a few familiar facers from the past trip; yet, the new staffs seem to fill in just FINE!  Thank you to Nina for going the extra mile in making sure my stays were pleasant, Sureeporn for her always big-and-pleasant smile, the wonderful gentleman who has always a big help to me and greets me in Chinese; last but not least, the restaurant waitperson (female, I didn’t get her name, sadly!) for helping in stuffing all the gifts in my carry-on for bringing home. :D

Take care, all! Feel like that I should go ahead and make reservation for next year!

Centrally located. We had a 'Junior Suite' This was two deluxe rooms joined together. This gave two of us plenty of room. One room had a show and one a bath. Rooms were clean. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but comparable to other 3 star hotels I've stayed at. Direct accross the road there was a live jazz band every night.

Room Tip: This is a crazy area of Chinatown so expect a bit of noise!

Room very clean. Staff are friendly. Near metro, railway station. Many restarants serving good food just around street. Special seafood restaurant name B&K something just opposite site which serves late and verr reasonable price. We love this hotel. Recommended for all types of visits.
