“Oasis of calm”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2013 via mobile

Ideal location near Silom Road. Close to BTS Skytrain, Lumphini Park and night market. Air conditioned, very reasonable breakfast, with eggs and yoghurt. Excellent value overall.
However Wi fi is slow and paid for. Rooms are spacious and shower is reliable and powerful. This is an oasis of calm in a hectic and vibrant city.

As a christian woman travelling alone on a budget I was very comfortable with staying here. the room was clean had aircon breakfast was very nice and a good assortment of food. Nice and quiet and close to the Sky Train. I will be back to stay.

Room Tip: The double room just big enough for two

Thank you so much, yet again, for an excellent short stay at Bangkok Christian Guest House. This clean and conveniently located guest house is perfect for a short stay. Ensuite bathrooms with good water pressure and hot water are a treat! A small gripe ... the wifi is very "spotty" and was "down" for much of my stay. The Guest House is within three minutes walk of the BTS and there are plenty of reasonably priced eating places nearby.

This guesthouse is very clean, and the staff are really friendly. The rooms are well equipped, even the Wifi works in the rooms (which was not the case some time ago). It is very well located, very close to the Skytrain, and in an area where you find all that you need, from shops, markets, restaurants, street kitchens, entertainment. Breakfast is okay, though I usually go to get an extra strong coffee nearby, because the coffee for breakfast is hardly darker than the tea... But there are just so many places to get food nearby and the rate at BCGH is so convenient that it does not matter if you spend the extra 50 Baht....

I stayed here for a conference in February 2013. The en suite rooms are fine (lcd tv) but feel rather basic with no frills. The guest house has a very convenient location (3 7-11s in 5 minutes!) It is very near Silom Road and the Sky train. There arelots of restaurants and food stalls nearby. Buffet breakfast well prepared but a bit limited. Staff are helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in an excellent location in the bustling city of Bangkok. A friend recommended this place and we were not disappointed. The front office staff was friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. The room was clean.

I have stayed at the Bangkok Christian guest house many times through the last 30 years. I remember the old guest house before they rebuilt it some years back. The greatest thing about the guest house is that it is always clean. The place is not fancy but always clean. It is close to great places to eat and the night bazar. It is also close to the BTS. The price is very reasonable. The breakfast in the morning is always adequate. They are always helpful in finding a cab to go to the airport or helping secure a tour
