“my favorite temple”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 24, 2012

this temple is a bit out of the main beaten touristic road.. it is one of my favorite place in bangkok.. thai praying, farang discovering, nice mix.. Best time to go is before 5 pm... to enjoy the view and avoid the crowd.. Dont forget to ring the hundred bells on the way up, and to ring the other hundreds on the way down :)

“Artificial mountain”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 23, 2012

One of my favourite places in Bangkok, l think I have been there 4 or five times. After a short climb over 318 steps you have a great view over the older part of Bangkok. I always find it very relaxing up there. Great for taking photographs, no entrance fee and mostly just a few visitors. It's not far from Kao San Road and close to Saen Sep Canal.

“Worth the climb for great views!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 23, 2012

Not as overrun as some of the more well-known and visited temples. Offers great views of the city and other temples after a relatively short climb up the stairs.

“A lesser explored temple”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2012

This temple was not so busy when we visited, and therefore felt much more authentic. The walk to the top is hot work (in the humidity) but you'll be rewarded by some fantastic views!

“Great view of the old city”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2012

Neat spot to check out the old city and get a view of the skyline. It was a good stop, a fun little hike to the top of the mountain and a neat place to visit
