I booked this hotel through Agoda as they were giving a 65% discount for their 2 bedroom room. I was looking for a serviced apartment complete with amenities since i am travelling with a toddler. In their website, they specifically said full kitchen amenities (microwave, pots and pans etc) but these were not available yet when we arrived. I asked te reception if they could provide us 1 since we need the microwave and cooking stuff to prepare my daughter's food but they could not.
The hotel is really new that taxi drivers don't know where this is located. If they do, they will not use the taxi meter instead they will charge you a fixed cost depending on where you are coming from or what time of the day you will be going back to the hotel. The nearest BTS is Phra Khanong about 2-3 kms from the hotel, BTS fare to Siam station is 42baht per person which becomes more expensive if you are travelling with your family. A taxi fare to Siam Paragon or Central world would only cost 80-100baht without traffic.
Restaurant is not in full swing yet, they only serve breakfast. So if you are staying in, there is no chance you will get a decent meal, but this would soon change once they open.
Water heater does not work properly but housekeeping is very helpful with their regular replenishment of towels, drinking water etc. They do not have enough staff to help out with bringing in luggages aince i was the one who got the trolley to our room to get our bags down to tge lobby. but like i said, they have just opened so i understand that these things happened.
If you are travelling solo, i suggest you choose another hotel nearer to Sukhumvit area and BTS as it gets frustrated travelling to and fro. If you are a travelling family like i do, Jasmine Garden is good enough as the rooms are spacious enough and the place is very nice.
