We heard of this place and decided to try. Although we went late, we were able to order food.
The menu isn't extensive, and some of the ingredients I'd never even heard of, but as a leap of faith, I decided to try new things.
I loved the croquettes with chives and smoked cheese, and wish I had ordered three instead of two. I wasn't too impressed with the eggplant, labne, sweet onion and edamame salad (I think it fits a lunch more than a dinner) but I was delighted with the panacota with three kinds of strawberries (whole, ice cream and jell-o) I was moaning in delight with every spoonful.
The service was great, they cleared the no longer needed plates and were prompt to serve us. I have to say we were happy we were given water and bread free of charge, something that we haven't seen much of in other places.
Hats off for their decor too, I loved it! You get to see more of it if you go to the restrooms, which I did to wash my hands and I was thinking I wished my house was as well decorated as this restaurant. I guess it is the visual impact that "justifies" their prices, as it is a bit more expensive that I had hoped for.
We really enjoyed our meals (my husband had the meatballs and pork belly, liked them both) and we definitely recommend this restaurant.
