Our stay at the Glow was very relaxing and great value. We liked the generous layout of our suite and the fact that we had 2 large TV's, one in the sitting room and one in the bedroom. The bed is very comfy and (for Asia) on the softer side. Our room was very quiet, we did not hear any disturbing noises.
All rooms have floor to ceiling windows which gives you a great panoramic view of the scenery below, very 'Big City Cool'. (see attached pic)
The iPhone radio docking station and 2 sinks in the bathroom were also appreciated.
At the time of our stay, the hotel offered dinner at 295Baht including a glass of wine, which is fantastic value for BKK. Since the hotel is so new, not everyone knows it but if you ask the taxi driver to drive you to the Amari Hotel next-door, you will get there easily. The rooftop pool (not on the roof, but the 7th floor) is also nice but rather small, we only tried it once. The alfresco area of the restaurant is one level below the pool and could benefit from a few plants, but that is a minor quibble. We did not try the gym, but it looked nice from the outside :-)
We particularly liked the food court in the same building on the 6th floor, which is super cheap, brand new (read: clean) and has a large variety of food vendors without ever being too busy.
And if you ever have any late nite cravings after midnight, there is a 24hr McDonalds in the building as well, but we preferred the night food market 5min walking away, on the way to Central World Plaza (must see!)

My stay in this hotel is excellent. The staff is polite and helpful. As the hotel is new everything is clean and comfortable. The location to most of the shopping mall is also very convenient. I will stay there again in my next trip.

Our family just stayed at Glow for 3nights during CNY and my family love it, they started to miss Glow now. Glow provides comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean room. I used to stay 5stars hotel nearby in my past Bangkok visits but now with Glow, spacious, new and clean room, and nearer to shopping area, at lower price, this is definitely a good hotel stay in Pratunam. Glow is inside Shibuya shopping centre. You can rush for your last mins shopping within the building! You can find Starbuck, McDonald and foodcourt in the same building. The staff are helpful and can speak good English especially Mr Benq is very hospitality! We will come back again :)

We stayed here last Feb. 7-10, 2013 and the hotel staffs were so nice. The room was so great most especially the beds - so soft! It's accessible to the shopping malls and market. We love to swim and the water was so warm. We highly recommend this hotel for all the travellers out there! :)
