First, I tried to book via email but never received a confirmation number so when I landed at the airport I had the taxi drive me there and just walked to the reception desk and a room was available. Paid 1450 baht for my room (see photos) Second, this is more of a 'playboy hotel' with the plaza across the street and many girls in the parking lot and sidewalks at night, so if you have small children, I recommend another hotel. The room was spacious (about 42 sq m) and large bathroom with quick hot water, refrigerator, ac, cable tv and hair dryer. Yes there is some stains on the red carpet and a slight musty smell, (built in the 70's) but I did not find this annoying. The breakfast had 10 entrees (eggs, potatoes, rice, noodles, pancakes, bacon, links) with juice, toast, danish, fruits, coffee, tea. The breakfast food was hot and good with plenty of ample seatings. There is also a smoker's seating for those who wish to eat/smoke. I tried the safe deposit box and had no problems with missing items and they have security measures such as picture id to get the box. The skytrain station is about 150 yards away and a short walk to soi cowboy. There is a disco (ladies enter free) near the lounge with free admission if you show the room key. A good and safe place to stay.
