Also here I am coming at least ten years in a row.
"We will serve you well" they said at the reception upon check-in.
Rooms are large, clean, with safety box, bathtub and their buffet breakfast is top of the pops...
Their laundry service is by far the cheapest in the city, cheaper than at laundry-shops in the street.
Mattresses however are not always ok, sometimes you fall in a pit, and hot water is not always hot...
It is nice to sit in the lobby at 10pm read newspapers and see the flesh come in and go out. Opposite the hotel is the Nana entertainment plaza, but by far the best show is at their carpark: 50 girls, 15 car... The big question: can families stay at the Nana? Why not? The old saying " It is not because you are on a diet, that you may not have a look at the menu..." still valid.
Nana is in the tourist district of the city, which is not always so pleasant, but ... only 100 meters from the MRT amd opposite the street is the bus stop, bus number 25 will bring you for 8 baht to Ekkamai, where you can board a bus for Pattaya.(Local bus 8 baht, bus to Pattaya 124 baht)
Don't use their taxis. In the street you can get metered taxis for half of the price. Don't eat there, meals are expensive. Just cross the road, go to the left, just behind the KFC: you can eat under a shelter very very well for 40 baht.(fried rice with seafoods) I saw the police eating there, if they can eat there, u also can...huhu.
I almost forgot: the hotel will give you a voucher for a free drink at their bar. Ask for a Singapore sling; a good choice.
