The hotel was great! The staff are so friendly and wonderful with kids. Our sin didnt want to leave the doorman! Rooms are clean and have all you need. Restaurants have lovely food and the bars are nice too.

The location felt like it was a bit away from everything but it could have just been the traffic?!

Overall, the hotel was great, the only let down was the location.

This hotel is situated near Victory Monument in Bangkok. The hotel has very nice rooms, pool and breakfast which is included. Close to airport so taxi is only $9. However the location is far from everything. It is a 15 walk to Sky train. There are very few shops or reatuarants near hotel. While great value must consider what to do while in hotel.

Very good value with buffet breakfast included. Room very comfortable, clean with modern décor. View towards Victory Monument and Sky train. Staff very helpful and courteous, baggage kept safely after check out in locked room while you go out to explore or go on a trip. 'Tour East' are very efficient tours which pick up and drop off from hotel also taxi to and from airport. Very safe and reliable tour company. Entrance lobby and lounge very relaxing and comfortable with beautifully coloured modern furniture. Only a 10min walk to the Victory Monument Sky train stop. Easy to get to Jim Thompson's house from there. Also close to railway station from airport. Stayed at Century Park twice once en route to Australia and again on the way home. Would recommend it and stay there again definitely.

Room Tip: Ask for view of Victory Monument.

The hotel itself I couldn't fault. Well decorated, clean, had all the facilities one could want with very helpful staff. However the location wasn't great. There isn't an awful lot nearby (a few restaurants and bars) and be warned the roads were horrendeous to cross!

I am so glad I only stayed in this hotel for one night! The only positive thing I can say is that the door man was nice and helped us with directions. The Beds are way too hard & the furniture in the room is very out dated. They don't even supply you with a kettle in the standard room. The pool is HOT! The water would be as hot if not hotter than the air temperature outside - YUCK!
I opened the wardrobe door in our room & saw a cockroach crawling across the dressing gown. We ordered room service twice & both times the food was cold. The drinks & food in this hotel are very average & the most expensive I've come across.
The Buffet Breakfast was also very disappointing & there wasn't much to choose from.
One last thing, it is on the busiest road in Bangkok & Taxi's don't like to go there....

Lovely hotel, clean & well presented. Wasn't too impressed with the breakfast it was 'all you can eat' but quite pricey. Would suggest you try the 'Coffee bar' in the hotel lobby does fab coffee, cakes & sandwiches, used this on our last morning before leaving for Koh Samui, wished we had used this for breakfast instead of the hotels restaurant...
