Centre of Sukumvit, Nice rooms, fully loaded rooms, cloase to BTS train. Good staff, room service is good, nice restaaurant downstairs serving thai and other asian food. Value for Money. taxis would avoid taking you near the entrance because of Traffic

Room Tip: good food, location close to BTS

I booked into a standard room in the older part of the hotel. The room is clean with a small size toilet and shower. I was given a room very close to Soi 11 and during the evening the band from nearby restaurant across the road is quite loud. However, the restaurant closes around 11pm so if you are not sleeping during that part of the evening it is quite alright. Otherwise request a room away from the main the street. The double bed is a good size with clean fresh beddings. Location wise there are plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs within the walking distance. The Skytrain or the BTS is 2 mins up the street. Shopping can easily be accessed via the Skytrain. This hotel is a large complex with the newer part of the hotel offering standard rooms. I would recommend booking the Deluxe room if you want to be located in the newer building. It would cost abit more are abit more luxurious. Large swimming pool and also a gym is available.

Breakfast wise, they have a good variety of foods from Western to Indian curries and Thai. At the time I checked in there seems to have a queue but it was pretty painless.

good hotel, good food, ideal location in the middle of sukhumvit area. Close to BTS. Not sure if the wi-fi was available. Decently priced, good ffod for breakfast, Asian and continental available. Rating it as good.

Room Tip: wi fi on one side only.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days on a short city break. The lobby and lounges are all nice but the rooms and corridors are old and shabby and the standard rooms are very small. The location is ok for night life and access to the BTS but i would not stay here again as i feel there are better hotels available for the same price. Also the food is of very low quality for the price. Living in Thailand i expect to get fresh fruit juice when i order one, not watery juice from a carton and the pizza we ordered was a frozen one with plastic processed cheese.

This Hotel has an excellent location close to all the hustle and bustle ( 5 min walk from cowboi (turn left when leaving hotel then left at the main road) and 5 mins from Nana plaza (turn left out of the hotel then right at the main road and use a bridge to cross over) ) but once inside the hotel that all goes away. The Hotel itself is quite large consisting of a huge lobby area a pool area ( with caged birds) a older wing and a newer tower block. There are a few cafe / restaurant areas and also a gym ( not much good). The staff are friendly and courteous. The room type i had booked was unavailable as a non-smoker so they upgraded my straight away without me having to ask which was good. The room i was given was the deluxe in the tower so was one of the better ones...but although it was clean and tidy it was a little tired but not uncomfortable. The WIFI is intermittent at best and i gave up with it and bought a Thai sim with internet access ( best buy of the holiday). The hotel is guest friendly and there is no hassle atall about taking back a guest or three :)

My worst hotel stay in quite some time. Numerous systemic problems at this hotel.

1. Upon check in, I learned that the Free WIFI that was advertised on Agoda is only in "some" rooms and not mine. They then charged me 400 THB per day for using slow wired internet access. As I was there for business, I didn't have a choice as was forced to pay it.

2. The in room safe did not work. When I reported the maintenance issue, they made a note of it and did nothing to fix the problem.

3. The staff, especially the front desk staff and guest services staff are extremely uninterested in guests.

4. After leaving messages for the manager for 3 days, which all went unreturned, I finally tracked her down to explain my complaints. She simply didn't care and did absolutely nothing to help me or address my concerns.

Room Tip: If you must stay here, try to get the Tower Wing instead of the main building. It is newer and not...

I stayed in this hotel on 3rd August'2014 with my family. The location was very good and the lobby was very spacious. bangla/Indian restaurant are available near the hotel. Breakfast was good.

The room cleanliness and service should be increased. The swimming pool was not so good especially for kids. The kids attraction was many birds and fish .
