They try to differentiate by catering to a VIP client and don't achieve it, they have a VIP check in and breakfast restaurant on the 28th floor. Problem is I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my room to be ready. The VIP lounge was not very refined at all. The rooms which was a suite is like, well your in a suite so that's cool, but it is tacky. The shower was would always leak all over the floor no matter the extent of the engineering efforts and precautions.
I must say that the staff was okay, can't really complain.
Had some custom tailored suits and shirts done in Windsor Tailors, just in front of the hotel, was a pretty good experience and would probably recommend them, remember to negotiate on the price.
Value for money not sure it is worth it. Next time I go I will probably stay somewhere else.
