STAY HERE. Directly connected to the skytrain which is fabulous, beautiful large rooms, fabulous food (breakfast buffet is the best ever), staff are close to perfect, great entertainment in the library (Randy and co are great entertainers), pool area is a perfect small oasis in the middle of a busy city, remembered my wife's birthday without any coaching, SPG plat benefits exceeded my expectations, etc etc.

....and excellent value.

Fantastic hotel with superb service. Large rooms, larger bathrooms, very impressive hotel indeed. The bar on the 1st/2nd (forget which floor it was) is an excellent place to have a quiet drink. We also ate at the Thai restaurant one night which was great. What I was most impressed about was the service - we enetered the hotel through a side enterance and had quite a few shopping bags in our hands, and two of the hotel staff came running up to us and offered to carry our bags to the room. Though its a small thing, its these things which differentiate a top hotel from a good one. The best part of the hotel is the swimming pool area - its on the third floor and you have to see it to believe it. It really is paradise in the middle of Sukhumvit!! Would definitely recommend this hotel. As compared with Westin, since quite a few people have compared and I have stayed in both the properties, would definitely recommend the Sheraton because of the larger rooms and better service, but obviously you have to pay the premium for it!

Hotel staff is friendly, helpful, speak good English and service is good!. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is very convenient. The bridge link from hotel lobby to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT is so convenient and without walking under the hot sun. Hotel staff is helpful in recommending restaurant nearby for meals. It is the Best hotel I ever stay. Will definately go back to them for my next trip.

I travel all of the world, and Sheraton Grande is the best. Many hotels also can be considered the best, however, Sheraton Grande stands because of their people and high level of service. I will always stay at this hotel during my travels to Thailand
