My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Amari Watergate this December. We were staying at the Executive Floor and served by excellent staff at the Executive Club floor. We sincerely like to thank the hotel General Manager, Mr Pierre-Andre Pelletier who welcomed us upon our arrival and also Ms Supaporn Singhaphan, Executive Floor Manager who checked us in. I was very surprised that Ms Supaporn can still remember me. All the staff at the Executive Club floor were excellent in their services and they made you feel warm at home. They always give you their sincere smile even they were busy. My family enjoyed the stay very much especially my 2 daughters. I would like to also thank Ms Suphanee who was very caring towards my daughters. Ms Suphanee is indeed a very hardworking staff and I think the hotel should give her credit of her excellent service. My husband who is a Thai nationality and is currently working in a 5 star hotel in Singapore as Guest Service Manager and he too commented that Amari Watergate staff are well trained, independent and polite. It is an excellent choice to stay at this hotel whether you are on business trip or holiday with family. I had stayed at a few of the 5 stars hotel in Bangkok and Amari Watergate is the best of the best. Now that the Executive Floor has been newly renovated (eventhough I missed the old wooden deco), I will definitely look forward to stay at Amari Watergate for my next trip.
Overall, this is a hotel that you should not miss and once you stay with them, I guarantee that you will love it, trust me......Amari we love you !!!!

One and a half years later I am back in Bangkok, and at the Watergate again.
Impressive investments were made to even further improve existing infrastructure.
The Excecutive Floor has been revamped and has now an outdoor place with the fantastic view on the city. Absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor jacuzzi is great and another new feature is a "al fresco" lounge and bar at the entrance on the right, from where you can enjoy the craziness of the Pratunam Streets whilst sipping a cokctail in a lounge chair.
As ever service is impeccable, attentionate and quick. And the location is top with shopping and services around the corner and Elevated Train a 10 min walk away.
I shall be back!

Once again I came to Amari Watergate and it is just getting better and better.
Great hospitality, excellent staff in the best location in BKK.
The hotel is run by superior management that make it looks so easy, but behind it you can see all the hard work done to make you feel so much at home.
Whatever your budget is, come to Amari and you will get your best money for value deal ever.

I had a great time in this hotel. It was very nice and very comfortable.
We stayed in the Deluxe standard room which was a large room with King size bed. I find the bed a little firm for my taste but you get used to it. And fantastic that you can actually request special therapeutic pillows if u wish to.

Location is a good 10min walk from Chit Lom station and i did not like the short stretch walk across tge stream that we have to pass by everyday to go to the BTS station. Much too narrow and crowded for me. But thats hardly the hotels fault though.
