After traveling from the States, we were a bit tired to say the least. The check-in was an absolute breeze, and the beds were amazing. We had a double-occupancy two-bed room, which was a bit tight, but not uncomfortable. The bathroom was a fantastic size though! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and everything was kept up very nicely. The rooms were quite attractive and kept clean.
After traveling around Thailand for a few weeks, we stayed here for our last night - and this really won us over. We had left some items behind by mistake in the room, and upon our re-check-in they informed us the housekeeping staff had found it and was holding it for us! We had no idea we had even left anything, and we just thought that added touch was a great nod towards wonderful hospitality. Apparently they held onto a few items for another guest for almost a year! They contacted her and she said she didn't need it returned, so they held it for her next visit. 5 stars for that!
We also spent an hour or two at the pool. It's VERY tiny with only a few seats, and not very open to the sun. It was a nice spot to relax before heading to the airport, but definitely not for sun lovers.
On another note, the location was fantastic - easy walking to the metro, and this fantastic foot massage parlor around the corner. Grin and bear it, but it feels amazing after!!
