“A 5 star hotel with excellence”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 16, 2013

Nicely located in Bangkok, with an easy access to the skytrain.. makes this wonderful hotel worth staying in. You will immediately discover that staff are always willing to go the extra mile for your satisfaction.. and that is exactely where the ditinguished are obvious. The infinty pool is awsome. Breakfast is more than excellent. In my first day, I asked for cheese, surprisingly they provided cheese plates on my table every morning! Room had a skyview and was comfortable. All in all, this is truely 5 star hotel with excellence and I strongly recommend it to all travellers.

We stayed one night at the hotel. Hotel had a grand entrance and check in was quick and fast. We had a room on the 24th floor which gives a good view of the city. Room was of good size and comfortable.

Breakfast was great with wide variety. Besides the normal breakfast stuff, they also provided a variety of local fruits like longan, watermelon. All in all, had a great breakfast.

The infinity pool was nice with nice cocoon rattan chairs surrounding it. Pool was of a decent length unlike many hotels. Water was clean and pool was well maintained.

The BTS surassak connects directly to the 3rd floor of the hotel which makes it so convenient for us to travel. Rain or shine, we are able to travel for shopping and sightseeing.

To top it all, the hotel staff was very courteous and friendly whcih makes all the difference for our staff.

Room Tip: Request for rooms facing the river.

We were extremely pleased with the hotel. It´s really close to BTS train station and river, where you can take a boat to the temple area. BTS is a best way to move, as traffic is terrible and there is air con. Rooms were really nice and clean and service at all times impeccable.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. I stayed in a room that also had the executive lounge access. The extra price is worth it, you get complimentary breakfast, snacks and soft drinks all day and a happy hour with light appetizers for 2 hours. Like many people mentioned you could make a full meal with the variety of options at the happy hour. The room was nice, a little small which i think was due to the fact that the barhroom was enormus. I was on the 29th floor and the view was spectacular. The pool is amazing, but the best part of this hotel has to be the location. Having a link to the train station is so helpful. Making any destination in the city accessible. I would stay again.

Stayed at the Eastin Grand Sathorn for three nights in my first trip ever to Asia..well, what to say..absolutely perfect!! The staff, the rooms, the facilities, all at top, they offer high quality as their standard..the room was very nice and big with a beautiful view on the menam Chao Praya. Also the BTS skytrain stop right into the hotel was very comfy.. And anyway the hotel was just a BTS stop away from public ferry central pier (sathorn) so that you could choose either to sail the river upwards to the temples (no BTS or metro in the temples district) or take the BTS to visit the other areas (Siam, Silom, Lumphini). Last but not least, the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous..gonna come back there again a couple more nights to conclude my trip, in the forthcoming days and I just can't wait!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights for our honeymoon and we were delighted to experience the luxury that offers. We were upgraded to an upper floor room(22nd) and we were treated with a "happy honeymoon" treat (it was just a small cupcake but thought is what matters!). Very clean, staff very smiley and helpful. Breakfast was generous with a variety offered. The skytrain is on the 3rd floor which was very convenient. Definetely reccommended!

Ease of access because hotel is connected to the metro... Good quality hotel.. Would stay here again! Good value for money...
One night it was crab special at the buffet dinner and that was pretty good too!
