This was my second stay, and I will recommend Viva Garden. Viva Garden is a very well maintained and modern serviced residence. The reception is elegant, as the building itself, and the receptionists and porters are very polite, efficient and service minded.

Buffet breakfast is included in the rate, which has a small selection of cold and warm dishes. Service in the restaurant is good, though they could be a little more efficient in removing used plates.
The rooms are modern and very clean and spotless, as the whole residence. A kitchen for self-catering, flat screen TV, modern furniture and large windows to the small balcony make the stay in the room comfortable.

WiFi is free, but reliability suffers. Since this has been reported several times, a qualified assessment of the WiFi infrastructure should be conducted. When connection seemed to be broken, I experienced that I could reconnect by switching to another access point..

The residence has an attractive small garden with a very nice pool, and also a gym and a sauna, but the treadmill was out of order during my stay.

The residence’ location is somewhat out of town, but it is easily accessible by the BTS Skytrain (Bangchak station), which is also connected to the Airport Link (approximately 25 minutes on each leg).
The first Skytrain stop towards the city (On Nut) has a small market and simple outdoor restaurants, which is a good alternative to going to the more busy city areas, and it is only a twelve minutes’ walk from the residence.

The check-out was efficient, but an unnecessary last bad experience was caused by the receptionist suspiciously asking me to sit down and wait until house-keeping had checked the room.

The room is really big and cosy. Even though it's a distance away from central area, it's a good place to stay in. It's just next to Bang Chak BTS. Very convenient! The breakfast isn't that fantastic though as it doesn't have alot of varieties.

We had a lovely stay at Viva Garden. We have stayed there 2 times and the staff is friendly and remembers us with a smile and "welcome back." We like the ease of jumping on the sky train to see th city. Naphat is very nice and we thank him and the rest of the staff for their excellent service.

I just came back from a week stay here. I came to Bangkok as a solo female for travel. I was really pleased with my stay here.It was quiet and very peaceful. My room was excellent and the service was very good. Most of the staff whom I encountered were very friendly and accommodating. My room was a superior studio and I was delighted with it and having a balcony to sit out and view the city life from. My room was always cleaned and the housekeeping lady Ongira was excellent.
I felt very safe as there was 24 hour security and the elevators are also key card restrictive.
The location of the hotel was very convenient less than 5 minutes to the BTS skytrain and less than 20 minutes to shopping and entertainment districts.
I would say the only negative was that there was a weak signal from my room for making calls on my cell phone, so sometimes my calls would end unexpectedly, but that was a minor issue.
Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.
My stay at Viva Garden made my trip to Bangkok even more fabulous. It was nice to have a sanctuary to get some rest after a full on day of shopping and exploring. I will definitely return here and bring my family here as well.
