We stayed for 3 nights, extremely helpful staff especially Sonia (front office manager). Rooms are nice, good view (we had room on 11th floor), decent size swimming pool. Hotel is away from the city centre where all the action happens but located 5 minute walk to nearest BTS (Bangchak) station. Though we checked out in morning, they allowed us to use the pool until closing time, which was a nice gesture.

Only thing missing is small details. We asked for the baby cot but there was not blanket. We were provided with a bath towel instead, luckily we had our own. Very nice kitchen with utensils and cutlery but no salt/pepper provided. I think it will be a nice touch to provide salt/pepper in kitchen.

The room comes complete with a balcony, huge bathroom and complete kitchen. Awesome! Great value for the big city and steps away from the sky train. The breakfast was ok - but not really our thing. There was a good selection of hot dishes - thai and western, toast and cereal. The fruit was kind of lacking.

The hotel with lovely rooms (suite), very spacious bathroom and great facilities (large fridge, microwave, stove, 2 TVs, etc.). It is a bit out of the center, but it is on the Skytrain around the corner very well connected to the center. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. The buffet breakfast is for American Breakfast lovers not particularly Tell. The taxi driver was able to start with the address from the Internet or posting anything. A call on site, however, has helped (note that necessarily Hotel Phone Number). This hotel was the best in terms of value for money!

traveled as couple during November 2012. the hotel is literally 2 minutes from Bang Chak BTS. so communication was really easy from there to any part of the city. the hotel and staffs were fantastic. so helpful. they even kept our luggage for 4 days while we left for phuket. and what to say about their breakfast!!! wide range and yummy. must recommended.
